2 months delivery and a missing leg for a desk

Ordered a desk on 18/07/20 with an estimated delivery 2/07/20. After chasing up I was advised it's on the way and it arrived on the 11/08/20. Opened the box and one of the legs for the desk was missing so it's utterly useless to me. In addition, the main surface of the desk was damaged. Emailed their customer service and yet to hear back. So disappointing.

order came, great product

I hadn't read the reviews before I bought and feared the worst but I have to say that my experience was pretty good. I ordered a desk which I received a week after the expected date provided when I placed the order. I was given tracking details and could monitor its progress. The desk itself is great quality and overall I am very happy. Not sure if I have just got lucky or whether they have sorted themselves out.

Do NOT order from this company

I ordered an office desk for my home in June 2020 and I never received the desk. There is no contact information on the website so impossible to contact them. I filled out a contact form but never had a response. This company is the worst!!! Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before making the order otherwise I would not have bought from them. They are scammers, a terrible company who take your money. I have reported them to the European Consumers Centre and Visa. If you have paid by credit card you can claim back your money as you will not get a refund from Wellindal. A very bad experience in an already difficult & stressful time.
*update* It was only after my bank got in touch with the company that my desk was actually delivered (3 months late). I was very surprised and the desk is fine. I would never order anything from them again and advise that you AVOID at all costs.

I have prefer a desk

I have ordered a desk . The desk never come . I asked for my money back more than 3 weeks waiting and I still haven’t receive my money back . This web site needs to be reported . They just take the money of the people . I have send a new email and no response . There is no any phone number either . Very bad

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a desk and chair over a month ago and when it didn’t arrive I chased to see where my order was. I was then informed the desk wasn’t in stock - why couldn’t they have told me this before?
I requested a refund for the full order and I’m still waiting for it!!!!

Do not order from this place

similar story that I am reading here... i ordered a desk and never arrived, I chased and chased until I was told they did not have it in stock and sent me couple of options, one was far too big and the other was rubbish; so I replied asking for other options, then i received an e-mail saying as per your request we are processing a refund. That's was not my request, and I was fuming but I thought OK better the money than having to deal with them anymore. And here I am chasing for my money back!!!!

Surprisingly Positive Experience

Yes, it's a positive experience. Judging by the loads of negative reviews this company gets every hour, I was a bit sceptical to post anything here. Ordered a desk online on 8th July. Got a confirmation email straight away that landed in junk folder. A week later got an email with a revised delivery date. That's when I checked reviews(I know rookie error, should be done it before ordering) and got very worried. Their Comms through the website form was pretty fast (within 24hrs). Couldn't give me a date for 2 weeks. Last week got in touch again and was offered 5 options. 4 differenot desks ready for dispatch or a refund. I chose another desk and within 8 hrs got a notification saying my original order has been shipped. I received my desk yesterday. Shipping damaged the packaging, the driver waited till I checked everything was fine inside. Initial date was 24th July, got it 12 days late. But could communicate with them. As for the desk itself, it is of very good quality. Almost can say worth the wait. For the price I suppose there has to be some drawbacks. A bit sketchy communications which gets them a 4 star from me.

Lying scamming company

Lying scamming company, ordered a desk in April, no communication. Harrassed till they said they'd refund but still didnt. Keep getting the same auto generated email from a Robot called 'Mary'. Stay well away. I've reported these thieves to as many authorities as I could now will have to get the money back through my bank.

Very Poor service

Very Poor service, I should have read these reviews before ordering a desk for my home office. I was given a delivery date this came and went, I chased for 3 weeks and was eventually told they didnt have the product. The alternatives offered were rubbish. I asked for a refund 14 days have been and gone and every week I am chasing for the refund.

Very poor

Very poor, I should of read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered a desk and chair and it gave me a delivery date. On the day of delivery nothing arrived I got in touch with them and a few days later they confirm they didn’t have my items and I could select from others but the options were so poor. They said they would refund my money and it would take max 14 days and 14 days have come and gone and still no refund. Then haven’t returned my mails. Very dodge. I got the same items in Ikea and for less.

Poor Communication and Delivery

Before purchasing a desk from Wellindal I should have read the previous reviews. It became evident after a short time that I was going to have issues when a) there was no confirmation email for my purchase and b) no delivery expectation. The company is based in Barcelona but as far as I can see it is a front for a Chinese exporter. Unlike other reviews on Trust pilot (and I understand other reviewers' opinion) I persisted and eventually my desk arrived 6 weeks after the purchase date and the product was fine. If I had realised it was a Chinese exporter I would not have purchased this item as I knew from my experiences on Ebay that product based in China have upto 6 weeks plus, leadtimes but they never advertise this logistical issue as no-one would buy on this basis. If you are happy to wait over 6 weeks for a product then that is your prerogative but in this case Wellindal are not being upfront with their delivery supply and delivery model. I wont buy from this company again as I require products to be delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

SCAM COMPANY

Really wished I had read the reviews for this company before I placed an order but I thought as they advertised on Google they were trustworthy. As with other reviews I placed an order and have not received the item. On tracking it said it had been delivered but now they are saying they don't know where it is and they need to contact their agent. I've asked for a refund so we'll have to wait and see. These companies should not be allowed to trade. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Refund eventually received

Ordered a desk back in June, before reading the reviews. Delivery date came and went with no desk. Contacted them to which they replied they were having shipping issues with the merchant and would update me. Responded asking to cancel my order, to which they did and responded advising refund would be with me in 14 days. 14 days came and went. After numerous replies sent to them asking to process my refund as it was getting ridiculous (contacted them everyday for about a week) I eventually got a reply from a woman called Mary who said my refund had been processed and would be in my account within 10 days. Wasn’t expecting it but to my delight I received the refund 3 days after they said it had been processed! Keep chasing constantly is my advice and hopefully they will reply. Definitely won’t be using this company again, complete scam and more hassle than it’s worth!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Unfortunately my review is the same as everybody else’s - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It is disgusting that they are allowed to get away with this. I feel daft for not checking reviews prior to ordering a desk which I separately needed for working from home due to Covid - this company is taking advantage of the situation. They took my money within 24hrs of placing order, the day before my order was due to be delivered I contacted them as I hadn’t received any information even to say if it had been shipped. They informed me that the order hadn’t even arrived at the warehouse. Given that they had no idea when I was likely to receive it I asked to cancel and have a refund. I was advised I would receive my money back within 14 days. It has now been 3 weeks and still nothing. Now that I have seen the number of similar reviews I suspect I will not see my money again.

Stay away do not order

Ordered a sideboard. Like everyone else it hadnt arrived. There was no response to my emails and therefore then saw the other reviews on this company . I took a dispute with resolver to which wellindall acknowledged my request of a cancellation and full refund, and to this day i am still awaiting my refund.

SCAM!! Stay away.
We got scammed. €120 for a desk and chair that never arrived (its been 2 months). Customer service never replied, there is no contact number. Google shouldn’t advertising these scammers

Seems like we have been scammed also

Seems like we have been scammed also! Ordered 2 tables, they did not arrive by the date they were supposed to. I contacted company by logging in to my account at wellindal, it only gives you an option to fill in a form. I received no response back other than an email in Spanish that stated I should rate how well their service was but had no response. Contact your bank and explain whats happen and you should get a full refund.

Scam company!

Scam company!! Ordered a desk and chair. Stupidly never check the reviews like so many others. Desk didnt arrive even though my order said delivered. Told me to wait 14 days for my money back. Still no money! Cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
