The knee brace is useless. Velcro gives up after a few uses. Brace will not stay in place doing much more than standing. I was sent the knee pain relief patches even though I didn't order them. They are of similar quality to the braces.

I had the same experience of other customers. I considered purchasing a sample of the patches but when they kept adding to my order I changed my mind and left their site. I never placed an order but received an email saying I had ordered £60 of patches. I informed them that this was not the case but was told they had been dispatched. A scam company. Avoid.

Please dont use this company, I have had all the same problems too.
Ordered one set of knee braces but four got sent, I could only get a 40% refund.
We are so upset!!

I ordered a single product but their system said I had ordered 8. When I notified them BEFORE receiving their confirmation e-mail, they said that the goods had been despatched and one could not cancel.
They subsequently fabricated an order and charged me having stored one's card details, which is illegal. Their goods eventually get delivered but are not well designed. Despite saying they accept returns they try and make it difficult by using various scams.

What a shocking con
Not only didn't it work, but when I opened a follow up email they took an order I didn't place and £49.85 off my credit card.
Watch out fro these sharp operators who are only after your money.

I have asked wellnee for a refund after having used it for under 2months . i cant recall how many weeks but it was not long .At first it seemed to work well giving support but then it started not holding.the straps started letting go even when i tried to put my socks on sitting on the bed in the morning. or just standing up ,the straps started loosening and it slips off .it's does not grip anymore .the velcrove on the end of each strap looses its grip
I can't wear the brace anymore and have stopped using it.

I received two knee braces and determined they were too small. I contacted customer service five times to request a return and have been totally ignored I cannot use the item. Customer service was no help at all

Do not do business with this company. Upselling scams, do not tell you prices are in US dollars, impossible to cancel orders.
Avoid at all costs.

Ah I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. However I didn't think I had a confirmed order until an email and they added a product I didn't order.
Website is confusing and no confirmation page but a page with new offers popped up so I closed it thinking I did not place an order.
I cancelled via email before it was shipped as per their policy but no response from them until it's shipped!!! Good luck with trying to reach them on the phone..no one is ever available and they tell you to call back.
HUGE SCAM SO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Order 1 packet of pain relief patches and they added another 4 packets without me knowing - charged me nearly £ 60.00 so have contacted my bank and dealing with Fraud

Do not waste your money on this Chinese rubbish or the way you end up ordering one and are charged for 5. 5 do arrive and so company cannot be charged with fraud but bad business practice. Hurts when first put on and soon ends up around ankle . RUBBISH.

Avoid this company. Their order system appears to be designed to confuse, and as mentioned elseware you appear to be induced to add extras to the order without realising that you have done so.

My husband ordered a knee brace from this company. Looking at the credit card bill we have been charged an extra amount for items we didn’t order. What an absolutely awful scam company to deal with. If only my husband had read these reviews before ordering.

Products are crap - they do not work. I was charged for more $ than I originally ordered and when I complained they said they would refund me but that was in August & I still do not have my refund.

Ordered brace, it was delivered and put in my mailbox. My mailbox had outgoing mail in it and the flag was up as seen in their delivery photo sent to me when I complained that I did not receive it. After many e mails they said it was my responsibility to locate the package. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't bother. It didn't help my knee at all, and when I went to return the product I was told that the postage would very complicated, so was offered 40% and keep the useless brace.
So in short don't bother with this product

this is a scam. i placed an order for 1 item only, they charged me for an additional item, and also tried to charge me 4 times to my two credit cards. Managed to stop most of the payments.

Don't buy their products. Knee brace doesn't work and they give you a runaround when you ask for a refund

These guys are rip off artists. The product might be OK but the sales process is designed to rip you off. If you want the product, go to WalMart online and get it, but these guys are so unscrupulous that I think you are better off just not getting the product.

Do not deal with this company. They do misleading sales. Also when i cancelled my order immediately, at first they accepted, and then decided disregard my cancellatin request. Its a financially unethical company. Im worried now that they may misuse my card details they have. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
