I was looking at this knee brace on this site and all of a sudden the order was applied without me doing anything, the scammer was controlling my device, Took money from my account before I could do anything.
Contacted them immediately and told them to cancel this order and said it was too late.
You cannot get a refund, Do not go on this website they’re just robbing bastards

I ordered a knee brace tried to cancel the order they said it had been sent out + they tried to get two separate payments which were for a higher amount good job my bank picked up on it and got in touch with me do the bank stopped the payments going out

Ordered and almost immediately canceled order and followed their procedure. About half an hour later received notice that item had shipped - which was false - they were "preparing" it for shipping. In other words, they refused to cancel the order and I will have to pay return shipping to get a refund. Blatant set up to discourage cancelation and refunds. Don't buy here. If they had a good product, they wouldn't need to do this.

This is a scam company to be avoided. I tried to order one item and in the time my payment was being processed I got several upselling pop ups that I declined. However, upon the payment being taken Wellnee had added 4 additional items I did not authorise and charged me extra for them. I informed them immediately and they refused to rectify the issue claiming it was already shipped. They escalated this through their complaints chain and the manager had the nerve to offer a 30% refund on a fraudulent transaction before realising my bank had already refunded it and attempted to backtrack pretending it was already refunded from Wellnee. Pathetic customer service and unethical business practices. I got an immediate refund through my banks fraud team and advice on how to report their illegal activity. Advise everyone else scammed by them do the same.

This is yet another scam, the website is programmed to order you multiple packets even if you order 1!!
They take your money before you have approved it!!!
And then say you can't cancel the order because it's been dispatched, really? Less than 2 mins after realising that they had ordered multiple packs AND taken my money without permission
I know that can't be true
Now they have arrived ( from a postal address in UK) and I am instructed to return them to a USA address to the tune of £21.20!!!!!

Wanted to order a knee brace. Got sent and charged for 8 of the things. Never got asked to authorise the charge on credit card so didn't even know until they arrived. They didn't work. To send back, was asked to return by tracked mail to US (very expensive) or they "very generously" offered a 40% refund if I kept the useless things that I hadn't ordered in the first place. I said no. Returned them and now they are even disputing the tracking details and still resisting refund. £80 lighter but much wiser. Avoid these scammers. They should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

Operating just this side of a total scam(maybe over the line totally), after reviewing others experience comparable to mine.
Placed an order, received more items than I ordered. Immediately filed for a return/refund abiding by they policy. Now no response and can't contact by phone of email.

Yes, after writing this, WellNee is a scam operation. I've filed with the Better Business Bureau.

(Follow-up: Apparently, my use of the BBB resulted in eventually making contact impossible before) AND receiving a FULL refund, including the item I DID NOT order AND did not have to return the items, which are long-gone in the trash.)

Absolutely dispicable company. Ordered 1 knee brace at £17.99 + p&p, on Amazon they are £4.99 free delivery with prime. Wellknee took 2 payments amounting to £92.00 and sent 8 knee braces. No telephone number to contact them, so far I have sent 5 emails to return the items as per their website says within 30 days for a full refund. As of today still no reply to my emails. Total 100% scam company!!!!!
Not worth 1 star but I can’t give any less.

My wife did not order items but only browsed. Credit card info required before browsing through website items which should have been a redflag. She got an email immediately after leaving site that items had ordered (none were ordered) and would be sent and gave mean order number. She used their order cancelation digital form within minutes and also sent an email canceling the order which had never made in the first place. Company responded that they had processed the order and couldn’t cancel even though their on line cancellation request had been submitted within minutes. Items mailed but company wouldn’t pay for return shipping. We filed complaints with Federal Trade Commission.

Awful company, I simply viewed some products as my wife was interested, we’d bought patches at Christmas - they had kept my card details and WITHOUT me ordering the deducted three payments from my card! I’ve wasted time sending over 6 emails, the first minutes after the ‘transaction’…Nothing. Tried ringing, left messages… Nothing. Yesterday six products arrived, knee patches, cleaning foot pads, and patella supports - none of which I wanted, nor ordered….
Crooks, don’t go near them!

I place an order to sample a 1 product the pain relief knee sleeve. the promo is discounted but their site keeps suggesting add ons. In the end my $19.00 turn into $116.00 without me knowing. Only after I received the confirmation I found out the cost.
I immediately called support line and did not get a live person. I got disconnect because no agent available. I tried multiple times. I sent an email to support and they answered late and unable to process cancellation. They shipped the product and after receiving it I had to return it with my own money for shipping. They said they will not refund my shipping cost. This company does not even deserve 1 star.

Biggest ripoff I have ever experienced. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They refused to cancel my order when I realized I made a mistake. I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel my order and they refused because it was "already in their shipping system". About 2 weeks later I was notified that it was shipped. Complete shysters.

On 1st August I ordered 1 knee sleeve, to try it. They took my order and put 88,00 on to my card. My order was for a total of 21.90 pounds! At present my bank can't sort it. They don't want to know at Wellnee.
If you look there are numerous similar instances on They seem to take your order and then add a load of other products on and charge you

After so much frustration and getting absolutely NO response from Wellnee - who radically overcharged me the ONE introductory knee brace I ordered - I approached my bank, TSB, and it looks as though THEY have been able to get a positive response from WELLNEE and that my full refund is on the way back to me. FINGERS X-ED.
So, to the many other disappointed customers, may I suggest they contact their banks, or means of payment. Don't leave it too long- GOOD LUCK!

The website is extremely badly designed - or not !? - and puts extra items you definitely didn't order into your basket. I thought I was ordering 4 knee supports, but because you don't get to confirm your basket when you are ordering, I ended up paying for 8 by mistake. I tried to cancel the order within minutes when I realised what they had done but was informed that it was too late; they had already been shipped! I fought long and hard with them about this and finally returned them and got my money back after their deducting the original postage costs and my paying for the return to the USA! What a scam. Do not use this company.

Another up date from me on this scam of Wellnee .....Not only did they multiply my order from $19.95 to $193.85.They continued to try and take more money from my account ...🚫🚫🚫🚫My bank put a block on my card, when I talked to bank they said it tried 8 times to take money out of my account .Now my card has been cancelled and a new one issued.

WELLNEE IS CRAP 💩

This company is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down immediately.
They take money from your account , set up regular monthly payments and send you products you don’t want or order.
All this is done without your consent or knowledge.
Once you discover what they have done they refuse to cancel orders or give refunds.
Absolute scam and run by criminals.

The product took an inordinate amount of time to arrive.
After this, the company took more money from my account for unauthorized orders.
My bank put a block on the company and I had to get a new card to stop them taking more unauthorised money for orders I didn't make.
I am in the process of trying to get back my money for something I didn't order.
The company, as one other reviewer said, takes advantage of people who are in pain and sometimes disabled, by taking money out of bank accounts for unauthorized orders.
