Customer service solved our issue with an old gift card that we have received and we were having issues with its activation.
After some security questions they solved our problem.

The Spa is very nice. Everything is new and very nice, the common sauna, the spectacular hamah massage. everything was good until dinner, we stayed for dinner, the service was very slow, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring a meat that I asked for well done, they brought it raw, I asked to the waitress and she changed the meat, they took a while again and the meat was raw again. After having a bad experience at dinner we went to pay and we had a gift card and when we went to pay they did not receive it because it was blocked and they did not help us, that we had to pay everything and we contact customer service which was already late , because they only charge at the exit, and they made us pay the full amount and that we understood each other with the customer service. I don't understand why they sell gift cards if in the end they are going to make the customer pay for everything and they don't help at all to solve it. What a pity that after a nice day they spoiled the experience for us due to a bad dinner and bad check out.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!Do not use their services as their are thief's and only still your money. They do not offer many choices and when you purchase a card you cannot even use that online which means you need to use it at the wellness location within the time frame.
