This was my first yoga/meditation/detox retreat and I can’t say enough how amazing it was and how great I felt when I left this beautiful place. Ross and Neil are amazing hosts and they make you very comfortable the entire stay. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I learnt so much about juicing, nutrition, detoxing and how to shop and chose the best foods. The place is very clean and beautiful in the middle of the countryside. New and Lana the yoga teachers are just amazing and every single class makes you feel like a new you.
Beautiful hikes, yoga, meditation, workshops, sauna, relaxing time at the pool and massages. The perfect combination for an absolute unforgettable retreat! Highly recommended :)

Fabulous! Small room for improvement
The Hotel and facilities overall were very good and the food was lovely.
There are a couple of small things that would have made a difference -
1. Tea & Coffee should be made available all day.
2. The pool towels need to be upgraded. They were very small and thin and not really fit for purpose.

This was my first time in PalasietThalasso Hotel.
it was everything, and more , than expected.
I booked a 5 day all inclusive stay.
I arrived later than expected and a lovely cold plate (meal) was waiting in my bedroom. What a view from my room with balcony - amazing view of sea beach and hear the waves from the bedroom . I had a packed schedule of water therapies and wonderful massages. All meals were 10/10. Healthy , tasty and beautifully presented. Staff so lovely - helpful professional and smiling 😊, even through the electricity blackout !
Overall a wonderful 5 days . Highly recommend ,

Incredible retreat found through Wellness Holiday Boutique.
I booked a retreat having seen an offer advertised through Wellness Holiday Boutique. The package I was able to purchase through Wellness Holiday Boutique provided additional extras (in comparison to the hotel standard) and was, at the time, available at a discounted rate. I stayed at Shanti Som and did a three night 'healing' retreat. The hotel was absolutely incredible: I was provided with my schedule upon arrival meaning I didn't need to think about a thing. Free time between my yoga and meditation sessions, amongst others, could be spent in the spa, in the gym, or reading by the fire. The food was amazing. Incredible grateful to Wellness Holiday Retreat for introducing me to Shanti Som and providing such an exceptional experience.

The package perfectly met my needs, which was to be near the sea, yoga classes and spa treatments.

Joanna has been absolutely amazing, helping me to book my first ever solo retreat. She was responsive and provided clear information and guidance to help me book and enjoy my stay at Shanti Som in Andalucia. From booking the holiday and flights, finding the dates that worked for me, I had quite small windows of time, to helping the retreat understand my needs for my coeliac disease requirements and also booking the right retreat for me, which ended up being absolutely what I'd hoped for and much more!
Shanti Som is a very special place, from the location, to all the staff throughout the retreat, who really do care about the service they provide. Wellness is well and truly kept at the heart of everything. A truly memorable experience in a unforgettable place.
