A brilliant training provider
Well Training is a truly excellent provider. Their coaching team are all superb and have a deep and well rounded knowledge which they can impart through both formal and informal learning. For me, what is more important is they care about every learner / apprentice and do their very best to ensure they reach their individual potential as well as addressing the needs of the employer / business.

I thought the Training from Wells and…
I thought the Training from Wells and in particular Lianne the trainer we're excellent, informative and fantastically interactive. The difficulty is ensuring coachee's and mentoring opportunities on return to my employer and I think this is undoubtedly the largest hurdle anyone will face - my advice then is go on the training as it is brilliant but make sure you've got a programme in place beforehand internally otherwise as the old saying goes - if you don't use it you'll lose it.
