I bought a cistern and pan and vanity unit with sink
I bought a cistern and pan, and a cloakroom vanity unit and basin. No issues with delivery.
The cistern and pan no issues, however the vanity unit has already become defective.
Its only been fitted a few weeks. The seal on the door has already failed, warped and started to swell.
I have made a complaint to customer services, and have been told that it is my fault as the units are only splash proof and not water proof, it shoukd not be allowed to get wet, and as it was delivered in good condition, it is out of warranty.
I never heard such rubbish in all my life.
Units will always get a little wet, that's going to happen. Bearing in mind that this is in a downstairs toilet and only has minimal use, and the unit sits under the sink.
I have never experienced this with any other units (kitchen or bathroom) before.
Clearly very cheaply and poorly made, and not sealed to a good standard at all.
Such a shame as its lovely.....but now defective!
Avoid at all costs!

Without your order number, it is difficult for us to comment on the specific circumstances of your case or review the correspondence you've had with our customer service team. We would be more than happy to investigate this further if you could provide your order reference.
Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we would like to add some context. We supply hundreds of vanity units every year and do not routinely experience this type of issue. Where a door has swollen, cracked, or the finish has lifted, this is typically indicative of significant water ingress into the material rather than a manufacturing defect.
Although bathroom furniture is designed to withstand the humid conditions typically found in a bathroom and the occasional splash, it is not waterproof. Any standing water, excessive moisture, or prolonged exposure to water can penetrate the protective finish and cause swelling of the underlying material. Unfortunately, once this type of moisture damage has occurred, it is not considered to be a manufacturing fault.

I’ve had a great experience so far. The customer service team resolved all of my queries promptly and were incredibly helpful throughout the process.
Although I’m yet to install the bath suite, I’m very impressed with the quality of the products based on my inspection. Everything appears to be well made and exactly as expected. I’m looking forward to getting everything installed and would happily recommend them based on my experience so far.

Friendly customer service but poor delivery
Customer service are always really lovely to talk to and try to be really helpful. Unfortunately I've had 2 separate orders arrive damaged and needing to be replaced. The courier didn't arrive when expected. Tracking for the service is poor. I had to leave the house after the delivery was due and it showed up after I left. It was a failed delivery. (Even though the previous damaged delivery was left at the front door?!) I called customer service who explained it won't be delivered again the day after as gets returned to the supplier. The process starts from the beginning again. So it's another 2 days before it can be delivered again. Customer service are as helpful as they can be but the the delivery process and courier service is absolutely shocking and it's put me off using this company for anything else.

We sincerely apologise that you experienced damage on two separate orders and appreciate how frustrating this must have been. Whilst damage in transit is unfortunately something that can occasionally occur, we understand that experiencing it more than once is disappointing.
We're also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the missed delivery. The estimated delivery times provided by our courier are intended as approximate guides, and unfortunately delays can occur due to factors outside their control, such as road conditions, traffic, or earlier deliveries taking longer than anticipated. We completely understand that this can be frustrating when you've planned your day around a delivery.
In situations where a delivery cannot be completed, the courier's process is to return the goods so that a new delivery can be arranged, rather than attempting redelivery later the same day. We appreciate that this isn't ideal and can add unnecessary delays, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
That said, we're pleased to see that your order has now been successfully delivered, and we hope everything is now in order.

Awful customer support...
Im coping and pasting this experience from a review I wrote back in March , It seems I received a reply .. but a month later , which I understandably missed ..but had no further follow up.. so Its now July and on goes the dispute, no email replies.. etc .. I would highly recommend not using this company ,lf you do, be sure to check your delivery's on time and be sure that products are in actually in stock.. Ive had an ongoing issue with regards a missing sink dating back to Dec 25!!, that I had thought delivered along with the fixtures and fittings, only my workman missed it .. I then was left no option but to buy a replacement sink, only to find out later, it was incompatible for the unit already plumbed in.. After a heated debate on the phone, I was rudely told I was in fact wrong and no mistake was made... and that was the end of the matter... I can confirm the sink is 100% NOT compatible and confirmed by my plumber.. not only that but Im now to wait until the end of July for a possible replacement .... save
yourself the stress and shop elsewhere !!..:(

I didn’t want next day delivery and the site kept going back to it so delivery ended up £24 more.

We have tried to recreate the issue you have described, where the delivery option reverted back to next day delivery, however we have not been able to replicate this on our system.
