It was delivered late and lorry driver said could not find me I was working at my home and lorry driver made no effort to find me. It took 5 days to deliver product should have been here Tues and arrived Thursday. Also arrived at 4.50pm. Normally building sites close at 4.30pm. I received no pre-notice of delivery and when I rang to re-book delivery customer services were less than helpful--simply did not listen!!!!

Poor customer service
Ordered a few big items. First of two shipments arrived 2 days later.
After 10 days the 2nd shipment hadn't arrived I rang them. After waiting for 20 mins I spoke to someone who said they would email me. They didn't, so I called back. Then I received an email to say the item was not in stock for a few weeks, and offered an alternative. No apology, no discount, no offer of prompt delivery.
This delayed the works, and I was paying a day rate!
I would normally have given this a 1 star, but the items I received were good value.
Quick follow up - as suspected they did not get in contact after order number supplied. I imagine it makes them look like they care if they ask

Pretty poor service and poor quality product
Pretty poor service, a vanity unit only been in use for 6 months has already split on the bottom plinth, customer service just gave me the old water ingress is not our problem, treatment. Id expect it to last a lot longer that 6 months of use. If not, change the design because water will always find a way to sit on the bottom plinth after using the sink.

Great price and superb customer service follow-up.
Brandon gave great support in choosing the right accessories. The order arrived promptly.
However on unpacking there was a flaw that was clearly a manufacturing fault, not damage during delivery. Brandon arranged a replacement in a couple of days. No quibbles or further cost. Brilliant.

Arrived late and incorrect.
Ordered an item for a specific day, turned up a week later. Item has arrived incorrect finish (in some parts) and needing an urgent replacement and no sense of urgency from the supplier. Would not recommend if you are under any form of deadline to complete a shop, the cheap price is not worth the aggro.
The response from the supplier suggesting these are "within tolerance" is nonsense, the boxes are labelled with different finishes.

Having reviewed your order, the delivery records show that the goods were delivered on the date that was requested at the time of ordering.
With regard to the finish of the product, our service team has investigated this with the manufacturer. They have confirmed that the components supplied are correct for the product ordered. However, they have advised that there can occasionally be a subtle variation in shade between individual components due to the manufacturing and finishing processes, particularly where parts have been produced during different production runs prior to assembly.
We appreciate that this may not have met your expectations, and we are sorry for any frustration this has caused. We always aim to provide both quality products and a high level of service, and we regret that you feel we have fallen short on this occasion.

Great product, awful returns
The website is good and ordering and delivery went smoothly. I received my fixed shower head which is a good quality product.
The returns process is awful. I submitted a returns request using their on line form on 7th June when I realised the shower fitting I have has an unusual size connection and this shower head would not fit. The following day I was asked to send additional photos of the box the product is in which I did the day after, the number of photos should be clearer on their online form. Two days passed without a reply so I emailed again. It took 4 days to get this reply ‘We work in chronological order of when emails are sent as you sent another email on thursday this moved your email back to the top (I think they meant bottom) of the pile before we could see your reply from tuesday. I will be intouch shortly with the form needed and instructions for the return.’ I don’t understand how they had bundled my emails and only replied to tell me I’d been put to the bottom of the pile. Later the same day I got the return form. The instructions read as though they don’t want to accept a return, alongside a 25% restocking fee and a requirement to send recorded delivery. It’s not worth me sending the item back. I appreciate companies have to have a process that works for them although when it is so time intensive and costly this should be made clearer when ordering. I would then not have placed my order.

Our returns policy, including the applicable timescales, store credit provisions and any restocking fees, is clearly stated at multiple points throughout our website, including on the product pages themselves, within our dedicated returns section and during the ordering process. Where a restocking fee and store credit are being offered, this is because the goods have been in the customer's possession longer than the period during which we are able to accept returns for a refund.
With regard to the additional photographs requested, these are required so that we can verify the condition of the product and packaging prior to authorising a return. We appreciate that this can sometimes feel like an extra step, and we will certainly take on board your comments regarding making the requirements clearer on the online form.
We are also sorry if the communication surrounding your return request caused frustration. Whilst our team works through enquiries in chronological order, we appreciate that the explanation provided may not have been as clear as it could have been.
