i I placed an order with storage and paid for height adjustment, however apparently you can't have both, as to the delivery the couriers were awful luckily no damage very unpleasant people, one of them saying to move my dog cause he was sniffing him. Would i buy again maybe not.unfortunately I can't split the ratings but the couriers would get a zero star if I could and the bed company maybe a 4. After speaking to the company today they have apologised for the poor delivery company as previously said the bed is well made so for the company alone I am changing my rating and I have been refunded a happy customer

WeMakeBeds have been fantastic, having ordered my 4th bed with the company, I can say there beds are genuinely the best out there for the fraction of the price of the retailers
Not only there premium feel to the cloth they use for the beds but the service they offer. If ever a problem they are at your service. Not had no problems since using there for the past 4 years

So many bed websites from nearby locations. Thought i’d give WeMakeBeds a go based on trustpilot reviews and facebook comments and saw the odd negative review regarding delivery so was a bit skeptical. Decided to WhatsApp the number directly so theres a chain of communication.

I liked the design of the bed and the price seamed reasonable. I sent a message via WhatsApp requesting real life videos and photos of the bed i was interested in and the colour i preferred. I did have to chase hard a few times for a response but did get one in the end.

Communication was pretty strong via WhatsApp when requesting photos and material choices. Was a bit skeptical when payment wasn’t going through smoothly initially on the website however communication remained strong and confirmation of order received was given straight away.
Communication regarding delivery could have been a lot better however the delivery drivers notified me of delivery time slot on the day and delivered it carefully.

Bed is absolutely lovely with good fixings and really solid now all together.

Anyone having doubts shouldnt be and i’d recommend communicating via whatsapp for satisfaction.

I have now received my bed. While I’m pleased that the order has finally arrived and I’m happy with the bed overall, the process leading up to delivery was frustrating.

Communication was poor throughout. I had to make multiple enquiries to get updates, and there was a lack of clear information regarding dispatch and delivery times. This caused unnecessary concern and inconvenience.

Although the product itself meets my expectations, there was a slight mark on the bed, which was disappointing.

In summary, the quality of the item is good, but the main downside was the lack of communication and updates. This is an area that definitely needs improvement.

Initial communication was great. Questions answered promptly via WhatsApp.
Didn't get delivered on the day that was originally confirmed, with no pre-warning.
Communication non-existent after that (WhatsApp) . Finally got in touch
With somone via phone call and was told the WhatsApp conversation had vanished. Happy to give the benefit of the doubt.
Arranged a new date. Bed arrived as they said it would.
Very happy with the quality of the bed. Looks amazing.
I would buy another bed from this company and most likely will.
Love the options to customise things like headboard and base height.
Overall, very happy.

I am very happy with this bed! The design is beautiful, and the quality is excellent — it feels very sturdy and well-made. It has definitely improved my comfort and sleep.

The quality of the bed was brilliant, and the fact they have so many options makes it perfect for everyone! The delivery drivers was brilliant and early for delivery. Customer service was super helpful when we realises some screws was missing, the solution was fixed within the same day.

The bed itself exceeded my expectations — it looks great, feels very sturdy, and is extremely comfortable. You can really notice the quality, especially for the price. It has made a big difference to my sleep already.

I chose my bed from a lot of amazing ones online .
I paid and got my bed 15 days as it had to be made.
The delivery was given a time roughly the night before then the next day was given a more accurate one .
My bed arrived was excited as I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor .
My son in law and daughter tried to get the headboard up the stairs , the stairs
wasn’t as wide as I thought as I had made my headboard 2 x taller than my normal one.
Online there was a part where I could have paid £30 for it to be in two halves and I didn’t think I would need it split so it would be ridged .
I was gutted it didn’t fit by cms not a lot .
I contacted through WhatsApp the delivery guy and he was very helpful saying he would speak to the boss .
Fortunately I was able to get the headboard collected and a new one made .
The communication wasn’t amazing however always got back to me in the end .
Finally my headboard arrived and my daughter put the bed up within 30 mins it was a lift up with lots of storage has lift one .
The instructions didn’t really make much sense fortunately my daughter had built her own one .
My bed is well made and very sturdy I love it very posh looking .

We have ordered a kingsize cream with black piping velvet TV bed from we make beds, bed is solid and well made, good quality & fairly simple to put together. It didn’t include any instructions which I think would be helpful for majority of people luckily I managed to figure it out, 4 stars as the courier they used was very disappointing and unprofessional but we make beds have compensated us for this inconvenience, which was nice of them to do.

Overall bed itself is lovely just need to get a better delivery service & include some instructions.

Super happy with our superking size tv bed. When ordering it everything on the site was simple and amazing that you can design it to suit you and your needs with multiple options of colours and materials and the fact it has an ottoman storage feature is a real bonus as we have little storage. Customer service is second to none as they care about their customers. Checking in whether you’re happy with the purchase. We did have a slight issue due to 3rd party delivery company but thanks to Adam, he sorted it out swiftly which is why I’ve stuck with the 5 star review. Really would recommend anyone to check this company out as there’s so many different options that will suit your needs with a very reasonable price tag

I bought a bed made by this wonderful company and I am very grateful for the excellent work they do. Their beds are beautiful and made with high-quality materials. I think some small details could be improved, but overall their product is fantastic. The bed design is extraordinary, and the fact that we can customize it as we want is a strong point compared to other companies that offer the same product. thank you wemakebeds

Bed came quicker than expected, quality is fine overall but the TV mechanism isn’t for a bed and doesn’t work along side it. Just get a normal bed if you go with these guys, also you have to tell them to take their rubbish otherwise you’ll be left with a skip full of plastic

Hi, just want to share my experience with WeMakeBeds. We have a child with additional needs and we looked for years trying to find a soft bed with high side. We found it on their website and ordered it straight away. We are in Ireland and it was delivered in the time suggested in the order. They were so helpful to when we asked questions before purchasing. When the bed arrived it was perfect. The delivery guys were really nice also.
