The first time they came they sent me the wrong headboard and base. But I got in contact with them and they replied quickly and got the issue fixed. They came again and unfortunately the base was damaged in transit. Again, got in contact and they were happy to replace it. I also asked for wingbacks on my bed. When the first one came, they were quite thin. Got in contact with them and they were happy to alter the thickness of the wingbacks free of charge. Now the headboard and base is perfect and I’m very happy! The bed is well made and looks great.

I loved the fact that you could design your own bed. The company initially delivered a bed that was the wrong colour but without hesitation set to work on making a new one for me.
The lads delivered it yesterday and set it up.
It was all very well packed up.
They did a great job
I'm very happy with my much needed storage in the base.

Delivery was prompt and efficient, even after we ordered the wrong size - it was no trouble, and within a week a replacement was delivered - super speedy to assemble and extremely smart-looking bed - and very comfortable to boot! Thanks guys, highly recommended!

Absolutely in LOVE with our new bed. The quality is phenomenal and especially for the price.

We searched high and low to find the right bed and I’m so glad we found ‘we make beds’. After having beds brought online before we were sceptical about the quality but we are honestly so happy with the quality and comfort of the bed.

Right from ordering up until our delivery we were kept informed. They made sure we were happy with our choice of style / colour and nothing was too much trouble.

When our bed arrived the headboard wouldn’t fit upstairs as my partner didn’t measure it correctly, I got in contact and they were extremely helpful and accommodating to make sure we got a new headboard in a smaller size that fit up the stairs, considering this was our fault for not getting the correct measurements!!

Will definitely be using these guys again as we are decorating our spare room and we will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

When I first received the beds there was some issues but after getting in touch and getting a response within seconds all issues was solved and now I have an absolutely amazing bed that I love! Would definitely recommend buying from them

Not worthy of a 1 star. Avoid company at all cost.
Where do I start, purchased a teddy boucle bed luckily through PayPal, taken money twice after contacting company he was very rude.
Then I got money back.
Got a phone call at 6.30 at night 1 evening saying your bed will be delivered within the hour, after having no details saying when it’s gunna be delivered.
On arrival, the packageing was all dirty and damaged so I had to clean before it entered my home,
Then I realised instantly that it was ripped on the back of the headboard, again contacted the person on what’s app and he initially said, it’s against the wall, you won’t be able to se it. Then said he will replace. I continued to look at the rest of the bed, it had black marks all over the material. Very easy to see cause the bed was white. The 2 side boards that go down each side of bed, was different colours. He called me a lier and said it wasn’t. It was my eyes.. the material was cheap and not worth over £600 what I paid.
I didn’t like the way everything was happening, I asked straight away for him to collect bed and I wanted a refund.
I proceeded to make a claim through PayPal and he contacted me straight away and basically said since I’ve reported his company to PayPal, he wasn’t going to be helpful at all now. He told me to close the case and he then would help, but PayPal told me not too because if I had closed the case and he refused to pay me back, there’s nothing I could do about it. Which I think that’s what his intentions were.
So after PayPal fighting my corner, he sent a company to my house on a Sunday afternoon, again with no notice at all saying there coming to collect the bed between 8.30/10pm, I was abit annoyed but thought I just want it gone, the delivery man then again contacted me and said put the bed outside and we will be there approx 11.30pm which I wasn’t willing to do cause then if it got damaged it would be a reason not to pay me out.
So I refused them coming being so late, i then contacted the company back and asked for him to re-arrange the pick up. They came another day but again tried to cancel on me. The man who owns the company said he uses a 3rd party company to make the deliveries and pick ups. Not good at all. I will never use a company like this again. From start to finish. A nightmare. I think I only got my money back cause I paid through PayPal, otherwise he would have done anything to rip me off.

No response to damage to two parts of the bed from delivery. Very surprised that the plush velvet bed wasn’t in cardboard and only plastic.
Emailed them 3 times about the damage, no reply. Will be taking it further if no response to my next email

Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered a super king TV bed and the quality is fantastic. The customer service and communication were excellent—they helped me choose the exact fabric colour I wanted, and the bed was delivered within just 7 days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Just got my bed delivered 10:10 I’m so in love with the bed! Strong sturdy well worth the price. Communication excellent. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but feel I should as the bad reviews made me start flapping thinking it a scam business etc.
Oder the my bed, left my required measurements in the box and ordered.
Ii didn’t receive no confirmation of this or any updates regarding my order. My delivery was 5-12 days. Day 13 and still no update so I messaged through their site chat box, and was advised delivery would be following day.
I received a text advising my bed would be delivered between 7-10PM, 10 ocock came and my bed still was here so I messaged the chat again, they responded quick but couldn’t tell me a time as the delivery company they use wasn’t answering. As this point I’m thinking the bad reviews are right.
Then at some point the delivery people did contact me annd updated me and the bed was delivered that day but at midnight, which isn’t ideal to be taking deliveries in.
The bed didn’t come with instruction but when o was struggling I messaged through their the chat box and again somebody answer straight away and then somebody the. Messaged me on WhatsApp to help, set me video, when I was still struggling they FaceTimed and helped me.
Minus the no updates and delivery, the bed itself was made to my measurements, fits perfectly and once put together a very sturdy bed frame, fabric nice and look great and how I wanted it to look which I cannot fault.
I think if you just update your customers a little more regarding their order and work on your delivery times it would be a 5 star.

We bought a TV Bed from this company. Initially, I was worried as communication around delivery wasn't great and I only received confirmation of its arrival on the same evening of delivery. But, the bed was delivered within the timeframe allocated when initially purchased, and it looks beautiful. It works perfectly and is exactly what we wanted!

Excellent customer service! Built the bed months after purchase, supplier was still available to advise on building it!

Extremely happy with the bed. Delivered when it said it would be and delivery man was respectful of my house, he even took his shoes of before entering. Only downfall is that its hard to get hold of the company themselves, could do with better communication with customer enquiries regarding orders. However, i cant fault the bed its beautiful, very sturdy and exactly what i ordered.

Received my daughter’s bed after ordering the same day mine was delivered and it’s equally stunning! Totally exceeds expectations, delivery and assembly was 10/10! Would 100% recommend we make beds fantastic quality!
