Absolutely love my new bed, amazing quality. I went for the curved headboard in mink marble, ottoman gas lift and the 2000 pocket spring mattress. Mattress is unreal for the price!!

It arrived 12 working days after purchase. I received a text Day 11 to let me know it would be delivered and then was given 45 minutes notice on the day of. The guys were so fast, delivered to the 2nd floor and put it up for me within less than an hour it felt. Thanks, would definitely order from here again!

Only one thing to mention which does seem to be a theme throughout the reviews, better customer service on the what’s app and website chat. Have someone dedicated to responding to query’s and train them how to respond as I feel it would save a lot of customers feeling like they need to chase things up unnecessarily.

I bought a bed from here and the quality is absolute rubbish. It looks nothing like the photos or description on their website and is very disappointing. The bed is still in its original packaging because I immediately tried to return it, but the seller refused to accept it back. I’ve been trying to contact them to resolve the issue, but they’ve been extremely rude and unhelpful. My calls are not being answered and I’ve even been blocked on Instagram. This has been a very frustrating experience and I would strongly warn others not to waste their money ordering from them

Orderd a bed from here paid to have it built they didn't even bring my mattress in it was left out side in the rain I had to get it in myself.the bed is very poorly made matress was marked. The bed frame was not put together properly my husband and to fix it himself. I put a complaint in and sent photos they told me there was nothing wrong with the bed and I have now been blocked 😡 definitely wouldn't recomend this company.

Ordered our bespoke tv bed was given 5-15 day delivery it arrived day 13, was contacted night b4 by the lads and again on the morning of. Slight issue with the hinge and a mark but was delt with professionally and strait away, cant fault company at all, delivery lads were spot on also

I have just taken delivery of my bed from wemakebeds. The craftsmanship of the bed is great and the delivery guys who also put the bed up were really lovely and had it all done within an hour. So pleased with the bed and such a great price!

I have been wanting to upgrade all my beds and matresses for a long time and i’ve spent time shopping in all the high street shops but there was nothing that suited my taste and want i actually wanted.
WMB Website and facebook caught my eye and i couldn’t stop looking at the beds they look gorgeous but i was hesitant about online beds as your putting your trust in something that you can’t physically see so i decided to take a chance and order just a small double to start with i chose Teddy Bear cloud bed for my daughter and it was fantastic. Service was amazing, they assembled it in no time. i was very impressed so i went ahead and ordered another double teddy bear cloud for my other daughter and the Chanel super king with a customised headboard in plush velvet. iam over the moon and glad i took the chance,

The bed is amazing quality and exactly what we asked for.
The delivery was timely and well communicated and when we made a mistake on our order the team were very helpful and responsive.

We ordered bed on 12th feb and arrived as promised on the order email between 5-12 working days (arrived on 25 Feb)
However we never received any notification or communication from the company confirming when the delivery is due. I was gone to work and received a phone call from a guy saying that my bed is here. Luckily my husband was at home but asleep from the night shift so I had to wake him up so he could accept the delivery as I was away from home. Funnily I did email them a day before just asking if they know when we should expect delivery but they never responded. So the only reason I am giving 4 stars due to poor or shall I say no communication. Otherwise the bed it’s self great quality and lovely material we ordered kids teddy bear and it’s superb for my toddler.

Ordered a luxury bed from them with increased head board and bed frame, turned up well packaged and protected, had little issue with bed frame height but we make beds was very quick in replacing the correct sized part. A well built bed, would recommend, even brilliant after sales when I had an issue.

Staff have been great too with updates on delivery, we were always in the know.

First the positive. The bed is mostly as I ordered, seems solid and I’m happy.

Now the negative - communication is dire. I emailed a few times asking about ETA for delivery and got no acknowledgment. I got a text the day before to tell me delivery would be the next day! This short notice is Not ideal when you need to be home to take delivery.

I paid extra to have the tall headboard split. It wasn’t. When I called I managed to get someone on the 4th go and was told they would collect Saturday and deliver a new one Wednesday. Waited in all day Saturday, called and texted and no one came and no one acknowledged me. Tuesday I get a text they will deliver the new headboard tomorrow.

Overall - I wouldn’t use again because of the lack of customer service. I’ve had to go to PayPal to claim back the extra I paid to have the headboard split - this should have been refunded by the company voluntarily as they made the mistake.

I looked at alot of bed companies, and kept coming back to wemakebeds. I called them a couple of times, trying to work out which style would work for me. I was looking at getting a very wide headboard and wanted to know how to work out the plug socket, and they explained how they can cut out the socket size. I chose something else. I am so happy with my customised king size bed, I also ordered the end of the bed blanket box. The quality is outstanding, the price was amazing and the whole experience was 10/10. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

Nice bed and mostly sturdy however the divan ottoman just does not fit in the bed and the frame will not come together level with one another meaning they can’t be secured properly for when lifted etc
The bed comes with no instructions & some of the parts are self explanatory but not all.
The company have poor communication which is unfortunate for me as the issue can not be resolved without a reply.

If the issues that I’ve had hadn’t occurred this review would be an outstanding one.

Had my bed delivered from here and the head board that was sent was the wrong shape. After contacting the company - they had the correct headboard sent out within a day. Delivery service was excellent!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They delivered a faulty headboard in July 2025, it is now January 2026 and they still have not replaced it and are ignoring all comms. Not a trustworthy or even legal company as they are not adhering to consumer rights.

I’ve had two stunning beds and a panel from these guys over the 18 months and never been let down in anyway. Every item was absolutely perfect, precision workmanship and stunning designs. Delivery is very quick. Will only use We Make Beds in the future.

Communication was excellent both before purchase and after. I was given a 5–12 day delivery window and the bed arrived on day 6, very well packaged. There was a slight issue with the courier, but one phone call to We Make Beds and it was promptly rectified. The bed is exactly as described and of lovely quality. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
