Quick resolution of discount request…

Quick resolution of discount request for a projector and order was sent in a timely manner. Website can definitely use periodic updates as all the discounts are not auto populated in the order page.

The remote paired easily

The remote paired easily, however, several buttons are not functioning correctly. The app button and the top right button both work as home buttons despite the remote already having a dedicated home button. The voice button also doesn’t work. Aside from that, I am able to mostly navigate as is.

Update: This remote does work, just not as a factory replacement for the dice. After the WEMAX team reached out to me, they were really helpful with troubleshooting and ultimately providing a replacement. Thank you Wemax team!

Very good product

Very good product. Be aware that the projector has no female mounting. So the projector cannot be mounted on a tripod that uses a mounting screw. Wemax does make a tripod that uses a metal sleeve that enables you to mount the projector on a tripod.

I have screen ordered since the 28th of…

I have screen ordered since the 28th of June and they claimed 3-5 business days for delivery. I had 8 business days of vacation to receive the package.

They created a label the 5th of July and FedEx has still not received the package.

I emailed them for a refund and they asked me to wait.

I can't be there to sign for the package now as I work 12 hr shifts.

I'd advise not dealing with this company.

Your projector served me well for almost two years. Now I find myself attempting to reach customer service to get my device repaired or even get guidance on repairs and you sent me a survey instead of answering my inquiry. Think twice and do your research before buying this device.

great product, great price, incredible quality of picture, assembly was so easy and well explained. only observation is the lack of info about how to remove the lubricant on the screen once assembly.

Work in progress

So far I m happy. Not quite set up perfectly yet, still working on placement of the projector and keystone alignment. There are a couple of wavy areas on the screen I'm not happy with, and the instructions are lacking.
