Product Good, Support Nonexistent

The product has worked well for the most part, but when I had an issue with it I emailed Wemax twice at support@ and still haven't received a reply 1 week later.

Shipping mess up and difficult to reach

Ordered a screen 10 days ago, it says label created on FedEx and they haven’t received the shipping. Emailed Wemax support and got no response, their customer support number doesn’t work. Terrible experience so far as the screen is no where to be seen

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I received the product promptly but the screen quit working the first day. They have gone silent and done nothing to remedy the problem. They have no working phone number even tho I have repeatedly asked for one in emails. I was forced to reach out to my credit card company for help and they returned my money in a dispute. I can’t recommend this company at all even tho the product looks nice.

I love the Go Advanced 300 Projector, however for the last week I've tried to call, email, chat for customer support about warranty coverage and have not heard or gotten a hold of anyone. Customer Service gets 1 star, Wemax products get 5 Stars

We ordered the PSF01 on Feb 15

We ordered the PSF01 on Feb 15, 2024. It arrived in a week. We received the giant RS3 150” floor rising product. We were communicating with Wemax for correcting the problem, but have not heard anything in 3 days. The delays are unacceptable and having to repackage this product was a pain. We hope someone will help fix this. I hope the product is worth the hassles.

I recently had the misfortune of…

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Wemax and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Let me save you the trouble and summarize my experience with this shady company: untrustworthy practices, used items shipped as new, nonexistent customer service, broken promises, and a complete disregard for customer concerns.

First off, let's talk about the quality of the products. Wemax has the audacity to pass off cheap, low-quality Chinese goods as premium brand items. Don't be fooled by their fancy marketing and sleek website; what you'll receive is nothing more than glorified junk.

But wait, it gets worse. Not only are their products subpar, but they also engage in deceptive practices such as shipping used items under the guise of new ones. Imagine eagerly opening your package only to find scratches, scuffs, and signs of wear and tear on supposedly "brand new" merchandise. It's beyond infuriating.

And good luck trying to get in touch with their so-called customer service. There's no phone number to call, and if you're foolish enough to try emailing them, prepare to be met with radio silence. It's as if they're actively avoiding any form of communication with dissatisfied customers.

To top it all off, Wemax has a knack for making promises they have no intention of keeping. They'll promise swift resolutions to your issues, but don't hold your breath waiting for them to actually follow through. It's all smoke and mirrors designed to placate you while they continue their unethical business practices behind the scenes.

In conclusion, steer clear of Wemax at all costs. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment of dealing with this unscrupulous company. There are plenty of reputable brands out there that actually value their customers and deliver on their promises. Wemax is not one of them.

The company exists

The company exists, I have a projector (WEMAX dice) that has turned out to be very good, really good! But I ordered a spare remote control and they told me they didn’t have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel it, to which I said cancel the order and I want a refund, but I don’t know why, the next day it turned out that my product had been shipped. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but after being told that it was not in stock and that’s why I canceled the order, I had to order it from another site, so now I have two remote controls.

Very Bad Exchange Experience

I'm still waiting for a change of the Wemax DIce projector. It came with a defect (it didn't project anything). They told me that there was no problem in exchanging it and they gave me an address where I could deliver the project (to Germany, I'm from Spain). After delivery confirmation they tell me that they do not have the product and that the address is incorrect (the same address they gave me through email). Since i bought it have pased more than 2 months. I don't have a projector, i'm 400 euros short and i payed 45 euros for the post mail.
