NEVER AGAIN!!
Customer service is good..first transaction i did there was a virus in my pc which pasted a different address than my address..they responded promptly and quickly but couldnt do anything..
PLEASE WATCH YOUR PASTED ADDRESS AND THE WALLET ADDRESS ARE THE SAME,WHEN BUYING FROM ANYWHERE!!
Second transaction was ok..they asked for confirmation via photos and i sent..transaction was completed in 2hrs..i
UPDATE: bought bitcoins again ..they received payment but i have not received any bitcoins yet,its been 2 hours and still no reply,
When the first time i purchased the payment cleared and bitcoins were sent to the malware address in 2 minutes..
2nd transaction took 2 hours..
3 rd is yet to complete..
.I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN..

It's a pretty decent service
