I have been renting a property from Wentworth estates (Illford) and I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received especially from Dan (Agent) who has dealt with each and every complaint in a professional manner, he went out of his way to sort out some issues with the studio flat I have been staying in and I could not thank him enough especially in the situation and crisis we are in regarding the pandemic, I highly recommend Wentworth estate as an estate agency, I have been a client for over 5 months and every complaint and queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

WORSTTTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE ARE PROBLEMS IN MY HOUSE I'VE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR MONTHS!! MY WINDOW DOESN'T SHUT PROPERLY AND I LIVE IN A FLAT, FIRST FLOOR!!! I TOLD THEM I DON'T FEEL SAFE AND THAT SOMEONE SHOULD COME TO FIX IT, IT'S BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS NO ONE HAS "CALLED ME BACK". SECOND PROBLEM THIS WEEK IS THAT MY BOILER ISN'T WORKING AND I HAVE NO HOT WATER, CAN'T SHOWER, CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT HOT WATER!! CALLED THEM UP 3 TIMES IN A WEEK SAME REPLY "SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK" !! SO FRUSTRATED NO ONE CARES ABOUT THEIR TENANTS IN THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT GET WORK DONE! THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING.... STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM THIS COMP
