Tree light failure
What an absolute shame
Tree unpacked and ready to decorate but on turning the lights on it failed miserably
2 days before Xmas beautiful Xmas prelit tree
Plugged it in and nothing.........
Couldn't change light setting or initially get them on. Had to change adapter to get the lights on then only fast flashing program would work after trying All ways to adjust controls
So so sad we were too late to send back after decorated and no lights to enjoy our Xmas
Can't request a refund cos we tried to get lights working but no alteration helped absolutely GUTTED
Few enquires actually confirmed other people bought tree with fixed lights and had to change transformer and had problems with the lights controls
Now we have a beautiful tree but no lights to use
