The failure of a Belling oven was reported to the insurance company November 2nd. It was finally repaired on 18th December. The insurance company - Retracare - may be partly responsible for the delay, as may Pacifica Group, another name in the loop. Whoever is responsible for it, service has been poor (apart from the engineer himself). A missed appointment firstly. Now it's been fixed and I know that it was simply the heating element that needed replacing, any excuse for poor service vanishes - the excuse being "we're waiting for the part". I've looked the part up on line and it's readily available. I found it on at least two sites - including the official Belling site.

So quick and efficient
Fixed and back within the week and that included bank holiday weekend

Sent my broken GHD's to We Repair GHD's for cash. Sent them off and got paid the next day! Great service, would really recommend to anyone with broken GHD's to send them off for a bit of cash, its better than just throwing them in the bin.

These were amazing really thought I’d never get them fixed I sent them they were repaired and back in 2 days with a 6 month warranty

Got my ghd back so quickly, sent it on Friday they received on Sunday and I got it back Tuesday. It's working again and the cable looks brand new. Turns out it wasn't shiver mode and was a circuit board failure. Thanks so much will defo use this service again if it breaks in the future.

Fantastic service couldn’t believe how quick I would get my GHDs back they received them on the Monday I had them back on Thursday in working order very very pleased

Absolutely appalled that I booked an appointment on Monday the 15th only to have the date changed to the 16th WITHOUT NOTIFICATION - then an email confirmation to say the engineer will be coming on the 16th ...... took time of work on these 2 days only to wait in, chase them twice on the 16th and they didn't turn up!!! No phone call! not sorry! nothing - 2 emails to the engineer the following day thinking I would at least get an apology and an idea on when they will be reattending NOTHING!!!!!

Absolute APPALLING was to conduct business!!!! I escalated to management AND STILL NO CALL OR APOLOGY - what a poor service!

Tried to call, was on hold over 20 mins but hung up as the recorded announcement said it would hang up anyway - absolutely dreadful

I posted my ghds off on Wednesday afternoon, and I had them back repaired Friday morn!! Fastest turn around ever☺

Great service. Posted my ghd hair straighteners and received a text from them the next day to say they had arrived, 5 hours later received a second text to say they had been fixed. Got them back the next day with 6 month warranty even on the parts that weren’t replaced. All for £25,not bad

These guys are the REAL super heroes!! When your GHD's break and the whole world crumbles around your feet...."We repair ghd" step in!

A service second to none. The turn around was so quick, they text me on tues to say they had received them and again on weds saying they was repaired and being sent out and thurs morning the postie brought them. They provide a warranty on repaired and even non repaired parts.
I was ready to buy some new ones but after a google search they come out on top so i read some reviews, the price was fair and they sounded very trustworthy and im glad i went with them and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

But as i dont have an account i have wrote this review instead.
