I placed an order, it turned out it was too far to be delivered, no one told me about it, I found out after a week waiting for delivery! 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund

Great advice.
The representative gave me lots of information about the products you supply. However, the online ordering was a shambles. The order didn't seem to make it through to the site and I wasn't informed about a collection. I had to ring the site directly to organize a pick up. Also, the website showed items that were out of stock even though there was plenty of stock in the depot.
