After an issue to make a payment, I contacted the customer support. It took a long time to resolve the issue (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but finally everything worked again. Thank you to the customer support team.

My wallet was hacked, and I lost a few cryptos. But I had bought some tokens which were not distributed. So, it was crucial for me to change the wallet address where I would receive them after distribution. Wert team helped me complete some steps and provided them with a new safe wallet address. IT was a great help by Wert.

Update: they did nothing after I confronted them I got my money back from my Bank. “Chime” This app or what ever it is, does not care as long as they receive money I get it if it’s $5 but they don’t care if it’s $10,000 this person has no heart

I bought a crypto token Pepescape, or at least that is what I thought. I got scammed and lost about 100 dollars. I contacted customer support and instead of sending my money back or offering any solution at all, they have been reviewing my case for over a month now. It is not so difficult, contact the scamming party (which is still online) and give me back my money.
Don‘t sweat it, Karma is waiting around the corner.

This is an absolute scammer. It stole my €160 on 1st September through a transaction via Revolute with an impression that it’s verifying my card and when requested chargeback with my bank, they denied the refund.

Since I still cannot find my presale purchase of Solaxy it's not to be found at the presale site makes me wonder if it's not there then who got it who else is new other than right here where I made the purchase one thanks for sure I don't have the tokens and they're not to be found at the site I have receipts

Don't do cypto business with companies located in the 3rd World countries. Check to see where the companies are located. Most of these are unprofessional and not trustworthy. The service is subpar and they charged me an undisclosed 25% fee on one transaction and 30% on another. Then they gaslight you. They are scammers. They do not break down the add-on fee at checkout. And it's not on the receipt. They added it to the credit card total without saying or explaining what it is. They only disclosed the normal fees. And if it was spread, it should've been added to the price per coin and it wasn't because it would be glaringly noticeable. Someone is making 25-35% on top of the presale pricing and getting away with it thus far. This is scandalous, blatantly illegal and unamerican. Do not buy presales from Best Wallet; Wert is 3rd party onramp provider for Best Wallet presales. You may get scammed if you do. Best Wallet will pass the buck to Wert and Wert will gaslight you and then pass the buck to miners or wherever they can depending on your level of experience, but gas fees are disclosed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Wert was deeply disappointing.

We signed after a written proposal that, in our understanding, promised a low-friction checkout without KYC below specific thresholds.

After paying the setup fee and integrating, we were told KYC was required and saw added identity steps and approval waits—exactly the friction we were trying to avoid.

Critical issue: despite Apple Pay and Google Pay being part of the pitch, we never received functional Apple Pay or Google Pay services in production. In our experience, these payment options were not actually delivered.

Technical and timing snags made things worse, and we couldn’t get a workable resolution aligned with the original pitch.

My opinion: expectations set by sales and the reality from compliance didn’t match, and it cost us time, money, and user trust.

If you proceed, insist—before paying—on a signed annex that spells out the exact KYC flow, data fields, decision times, the availability of Apple Pay and Google Pay, and failure paths.

I will never work with this company, never again!

Reply to Wert.io - your contract are misleading and you will face the consequences in Europe and USA. I'll sue your founders for this misleading behaviour and false professionalism.

I used Wert for a cryptocurrency transation. I had a question and they answered me very soon. Valued customer care!

Could not find the helpdesk because i lost the mail with the transaction hash/time stamp so i e-mailed on the automaticated mail. Got a very fast and corrective e-mail back with the right information. I expected an automatic mail back but got professionaly service. Very happy with the service i've got.
