Missing cable, not a good after sales service, product a little buggy, well designed
I bought a trash on 01/02/2023 and the cable is missing.
UPDATE 1: I finally received missing parts but they managed to send the wrong parts. Still no trash after two weeks, garbage is pilling up. Coming soon with more updates.
UPDATE 2: Still no news from them after more than 1 month and multiple mails.
UPDATE 3: 03/04/2023 Got the cable after 2 months and 3 hours wasted.
Also the trash has a few bugs. Sometimes it gets closed right after opening and you have to push the open button to fix it.
Thought it's well designed.

We’ve purchased the worst possible product from this store, paid for the brand name and got an absolute disaster of a product - the Push Two, a trash can that supposedly lets you recycle. First of all the product arrived damaged. When we tried to return it, the customer service made it difficult for us so we just decided to stick with it hoping we’d still like the product. However, there are no trash bags that actually fit, they’ll always slip into the can. The trash can gets filthy fast because trash gets stuck all the time. Taking the trash out, the cover gets stuck on the can all the time, it’s a nightmare. Worst 140€ ever spent. It even ruined our brand new wooden floors because it actually also leaked. Super unhappy with both the product and the service. Will never order there again and actively not recommending it to people who say they like the trash can because of color and design. Horrible product.
