I ordered 2 toilet brushes. One of which was damaged. Expensive. Not environmental friendly: you have to change the full brush, whereas you could keep the handle.

Wel vanuit Duitsland waar al onze producten en onderdelen vandaan worden verzonden. Helaas duurt verzenden via Deutsche Post/ Post NL soms langer dan wij gewend zijn. Excuus voor het ongemak. Superb telephone and very honest service, I ordered (last minute) a gift for my sister) but my order did not have a guaranteed next day delivery, they offered to cancel and refund my order and advised me to order through one of their local affiliates as they would deliver the next day. Thank you, very smooth process.
