I’m gonna give a 5 star review specifically to Arlene Garcia and the service she provided for me over the phone.
I’ve had some less than ideal interactions with other representatives for this same company, but Arlene restored my faith in people doing their job right.
She was helpful, pleasant to talk to, listened really well to my concerns and requests. She was very knowledgeable and wanted to connect on a human level, not just get the call over with. Which now a days is hard to come by.
I’m glad she was the one to answer my call today!

Our representative, Arlene Garcia, was so friendly and sincere. The very first thing she said is “How can we help you with your frustrations?” WOW!! How compassionate!! Luckily, we are not frustrated, we just needed to cancel our coverage since my husband’s previous insurance was reinstated!! Overall I LOVE the customer service from these people, they are so godly and kind and really take the time to talk to you while also being efficient at their jobs. I especially love Arlene Garcia. She heard my new baby in the background of the call and took some time to inquire about her and make sure I'm feeling okay. She also prayed over me that I would heal from a complication I had. However it never took too much time out of the call and she fulfilled my request efficiently!
My only complaint with WeShare is that it does take a long time to get through to their team. Typically a call back takes roughly an hour or more. In addition to this, it also takes a long time to get my large medical bills processed. They say around 150 days but I am still waiting on a bill from almost 240 days ago to be processed with their team. However I will say for small bills like lab work or radiology/ultrasounds they are efficient in paying and they have always held up to their claims and promises! Even moreso in some cases. I'd recommend this program to anyone who is is looking for a cost effective route to "insurance".

I delt with Ellynne Witherspoon and she was great. I had decided to cancel my membership before it had even gotten really started because I found out my doctor wasn’t part of the network and also had a bit of trouble with getting the lab work done for the healthy discount. Ellynne offered that I could return and not have to pay the sign up fee again. She also offered to help me find an in network doctor that I would like. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the company have been great. They are all super friendly and extremely helpful. Kris Cobb has also helped me along the way with questions. So far I’m really happy. It’s nice to have an insurance that I avoid talking to or dread dealing with when I have questions. Thanks for all you do, everyone of you ❤️

Great experience from start to finish. The first person I spoke with was very helpful and made the process easy to understand. When I was transferred to the consultant, they took the time to walk me through everything clearly and answered all of my questions. My client coordinator truly provided white-glove service and made sure everything was handled smoothly. From the first conversation all the way through enrollment, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

I've been in a financially difficult situation for a while and was concerned about not being able to afford the program and had to consider cancelation. But, I called in and had the pleasure of meeting Rotha! He was/is very understanding of my situation and very polite! He was able to assist me so that I can stay with UHSM and I'm very grateful.

A. Mellander (my wife) paid $149.00 for the application fee and $559.94 for the first month coverage for her health care. Her birth date is in 1965 so she is 60 years old and in good health. We talked with Nataly from WeShare. This was the first time we called in and signed up. She told us that we would have a phone appointment with Christopher Fox on Feb 5, 2026 at 2:15pm. We called to check with Sara on Feb. 3, and she said she would call back, but to wait for Christopher for our scheduled phone appointment. She gave us a reference number 00550149. We did not hear from him so I called him and got through to his calendar, which showed the apppointment as 2-12-26 at 2:15pm. We waited again for his call, which never came.
My wife needed two prescriptions filled, and we needed to know how to get a doctor's order. We finally got one online and fo which I paid $30.00, and got the prescriptions filled at the current price. I called 2-17-26 and spoke to Melissa, who gave me a number 00549042 to track down why we have not been assigned a doctor or which hospital to go to.
Now our plan was cancelled. We NEVER had a call from WeShare, unless it was the three times I called and left a message. I have never heard back from those 3 calls.
We paid a lot of money and couldn't figure out where to go or what to do. I am willing to pay the $149.00 application fee, but never heard back from anyone. How can I get the $559.94 back, for services not rendered? I can't even get a return call. I paid a check and never even got more than a booklet with her number on it. How do we use it?
