Avoid buying anything from this company. Order placed never arrived. I called the company to cancel the order and issue a refund a week ago and nothing has been done. Very disappointing to pay extra fee for express delivery and nothing shows up. Now am in a big trouble as am running behind on a project that should have been completed about a week ago. Stay away from this company

I would have given this zero stars if…
I would have given this zero stars if it was available. What seemed like a decent product was supplied with screws that weren’t long enough to reach the pat boxes. I tried emailing, phoning, texting. No good. When I complained, they basically told me to buy longer screws. Their customer service is non-existent and their attitude is appalling. Avoid.

However, products are great and competitive. It is best if you can, to shop direct at the warehouse, where stock is usually plentiful.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, Bought £500 worth of sockets and switch’s a few of them were faulty, you can’t ring them as they only deal with faulty items via email which they never reply to. And they nearly twice as expensive for the exact same item than other retailers. Do your research before you buy off these.
