Extremely poor service and communication.
Item did not arrive I had to contact them to find out why customer services skills are very lacking. I was told because of a delay I had waited a week or more at this point and still had to send another email asking why there was a delay etc.
I then tried to cancel the order a few days later because it still did not come when they said it would. I got ignored at first, later on they told me it was too late as they had sent the item out, although the information told me they received my request to cancel and had already replied to me way before they actually sent the item. The item was still sent anyway after being asked not too.
I will never use these again such a bad service. The same item was found cheaper elsewhere and delivered the next day with free delivery not a £9 delivery fee like westbase charge.

Bit of a hiccup with Royal Mail - but all correspondence with West Base was professional and got sorted very quickly. Highly recommend them. I will definitely be ordering from West Base again.
