We responded to your email within 24 hours, requesting photos as part of our standard procedure. Once the images were received, we promptly raised a replacement order, which is due to arrive within 1–2 days. A confirmation has also been sent, and the issue was resolved well within the time.

For clarity, your email was received at 10:30 AM on 24/03/2026. We replied at 8:30 AM on 25/03/2026, and a replacement was raised the same day within two hours of receiving the required information.

We regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we have made every effort to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. If you feel your issue has now been addressed, we would appreciate you reconsidering your review

Poor customer service and slow…

Poor customer service and slow delivery, I peace an order of £379.12 on 14th/03/2026 but up to now I have not recieved any delivery update, when you call no one will pick up, voicemails ignored, with emails they will reply but with solution, very disappointed with all process and I regret ever using them, am thinking of contacting my credit card company for a refund of my money back.
I can never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered several consumer units which were competitively priced. The items were well-packaged and speedily delivered. However, one of the units was damaged in transit.

I contacted West Base who dealt with the matter professionally and arranged for the damaged consumer unit to be returned and a replacement delivered.

I'm happy with the service provided and will definitely use again in the future.
