slow to refund

Purchased an item listed on their website. After payment was told item was no longer available. I requested a refund. You'd think this would be a relatively simple process but was told it "may" take 7 working days.
It didn't. After 12 working days - over 2 weeks, still nothing. - I reported to PayPal who gave me an instant refund. Not great service

"Best electrical wholesaler in the…

"Best electrical wholesaler in the area. Their 'click and collect' is lightning fast, and their delivery service has saved my skin on-site more than once. The shop is well-organized, the staff is efficient, and they carry all the major brands I trust. They understand that for an electrician, time is money. Great prices and even better service.

Beautiful light

I’m going to say 3 star as there were a few delays getting the light . I was kept informed . The light was worth waiting for though it’s really beautiful
