I gotta be honest

I gotta be honest, i was mad when i saw a 34,95 transaction for some subscription charged on my account. But after contacting westbill, they where friendly and told me what happened and what it was. That calmed me down and happy that they where able to cancel it. Still, i hope they make sure that extra subscriptions get removed from the site or at least only after you choose for it instead of it being marked when buying a trial membership.

Poor

Poor, no one responds even though its says they will within 24-48 hrs. If you're paying for a month subscription and waiting for support and access..waiting this long is unacceptable.

Corrupting system files

A few days ago I subscribed to a website that Westbill/Customer Care Co services. I made sure all the "gotcha" boxes were unchecked & subbed. I was charged appropriately at that time. It wasn't until the next day that I learned the site had hit me with malware that corrupted my Windows system files & applied Read-only attributes to every single file & folder on my pc ...every single one ...effectively rendering many of them useless, particularly work/production files of mine worth thousands of dollars & countless hours of time. But I digress. Therefore, I reached out to them via their stupid contact form, "alerted" them they had a problem with some of their files & told them to cancel any future billing. That was on Saturday. I still haven't heard back from them & they have "closed" the ticket online. Today, I see a $1.00 charge pending on my card. %*&^#@! I immediately withdrew all cash from my account & ordered a replacement. The I ran the Google search that led me here. I have 3 questions: 1) Who the F are these guys? 2) HOW have they been able to get away with this for so long? And, 3) anyone have any idea how to repair my files or remove the Read-only attributes?

i joined a website thru westbill…

i joined a website thru westbill for17.95 and it was fine at first with no issues.....then 5 days later i got another bill for 39.95 that i did not make or have anything to do with. it was not a recurring charge as it came 5 days after the original transaction.. i did nothing during that time to recieve another bill from westbill....they are a scam company and mycreditcard ifo was probably stolen by one of the employees that work there.......they are a scam for sure.....

Be careful

Be careful, because at the very bottom of the payment (below the "confirm payment" box) they throw in 2 additional services for a trial period. And while, this is not a problem, as I could actually check the whole site, the trial periods (two days) are supposedly free, while they immediately charge your account for the monthly usage period (of these two sites)! I'm asking the bank for a chargeback, I hope I can get my money back because suckers don't respond to messages!
I suggest you start reporting them to reportfraud (type this in google)

do not sign up for any website

as others stated they charge for websites that keep recurring without telling you then they lie to you when you sign up i thought i was paying $8.99 instead i was charged $99 for a yearly subscription. this company hasn't responded to my request for a refund luckily i'm in talks with my credit card company to dispute the charges....

Westbill is a scam

Westbill is a scam.
I never signed up for them; however, I just noticed a recurring charge on my credit card. Their description seems intentionally vague (listed as CUSTOMERCARE.CO. I reported them to my credit card company. As for the one positive review here, they do not have an option to cancel on their website.

Worst experience ever, total scam

I subscribed for a 7-day trial, priced 4,95$, but for my surprise, they charged me another two payments of $ 38,97. I don't know if came from, I did not agree to those purchases. I sent them emails right away trying to cancel it, since the website wouldn't let me. They answered saying that they had cancelled and I would only pay for the 7-day trial. But that never happened. I had to call the bank and block my credit card. Never trust this website.

Awful.

Wow, what an awful site to make payments! I originally was just planning on making a payment for 1 website, but little did I know that it was making a payment for 2. When I was filling out the form, I didn't realize that by default the box was checked in case if you wanted to buy a subscription for another site. The text was in all gray, on the side of the screen, barely clear, it just flew over me. There was no "total" screen adding up to everything I wanted, it just charged me! Now I'm charged an additional $9 for a website I didn't even want. Absolute garbage. Screw this website, I really hope porn websites don't use this!

Trying to cancel is a nightmare

Trying to cancel is a nightmare. Their systems are designed to get you to give up. They don't send an email with your details and then when you log on to their web site even after cancelling ( which is not easy) it still shows as active. Beware of this processor they are crooks. I had to give one star but i wanted to give a negative star - really bad.

As soon as I signed up for a "trial"…

As soon as I signed up for a "trial" subscription for 3 days, my bank account was also charged two random amounts for $38 odd dollars, both of which my bank thankfully declined. I've already disputed the trial subscription charge of $4.95 because the website subscription plan I *thought" I had purchased isn't a real website! When I tried to go to the website, it told me some BS and to "hit my space bar to continue"! Yea, right, so they can put malware on my computer! I did a complete scan anyway and thankfully, no malware installed. Beware - this company is a TOTAL scam and are complete Aholes!
