I have ordered from here quite a few times and it has always been good. However, I ordered on Jan 10th, the biggest order I had made which I had only done because I had ordered so many times before and it was great. Unfortunately after confirmation my payment was received I heard nothing. I emailed them multiple times with the email provided on their website AND I tried using the contact form. Still nothing. I can't get my money back, I can't get the product I paid for and I can't get a refund and no one is there for support. Further, on their contact form they also indicate that there should be a live chat to get help; it doesn't exist. They also don't even have a phone number or any way to actually contact someone.

Paid for my order over a week ago and im being asked for payment still and getting no answer from support. I'd rather not be out $186, ship out my 28g of distillate ASAP!!!

I would give it lower no customer support no product delivered. This place ripped me off and sound like they are still taking orders and not replying to anyone. SCAM ,THIEFS be aware

I placed a order on Friday morning and received the confirmation that they received my etransfer but nothing since. I've emailed twice already, no reply yet. Its my biggest order ever.

They have a hard time i still believe on WSC they are the legit one i will turn my review 1 star if I'm not receiving my order

I ordered the Delta 9 THC Distillate - 28g. This arrived when it said it would and I am happy with it.
My problem is with customer service.
I received a referral from a friend and was unable to use it. My friend didn't receive his discount yet. Also I didn't receive my free gift.
I sent an email about this and received one back about 2 weeks later saying that the company was experiencing some problems and I would receive a store credit plus a 50% discount on next order. I thought that was great. I haven't heard anything since.
But they can send me an email asking for a review.

Well, I have sent 3 emails wanting to bring a couple of things to WestCoasts attention which went unanswered-but maybe this will get me the answers I was looking for.

I ordered *** grams of Delta 9.... I got several "unidentified" Syringes.
I ordered *** grams of Delta 8 which did not arrive .....
I also ordered 2 packs of rolling papers which I did not get - though I got one "nummy" sample.... something I will not use. BUT - I know things do come up and I just wanted to communicate with WC to verify the product and an ETA on the other items!
What upset me is not receiving a response....
I'm hopeful to now...thanks

I order from Montreal and they have been nothing but professional and courteous. I became a customer while they were having a myriad of issues and throughout each event, their management kept their customers up to speed and offered compensation.

My scope of their operation is limited due to my short tenure as a customer, but rest assured that after seeing how they treat those around them - my distillate needs are being directed solely to this empire in the making.

Still waiting for my product

I ordered at the end of November and received my order a few days ago. Sounds like this company has gone through a lot. They sent what I ordered plus threw in a bonus item.

I’ve ordered many times and always been pleased until this time. I received my order and wasn’t happy with it so I emailed the company several times and still haven’t received a response. I received the wrong gummies and had ordered 25 pre-rolls. The pre-rolls were not wrapped separately or labelled. They were all thrown loose in one bag.

Ever since the company sold, the service has gone in the toilet. I ordered some edibles but they sent the wrong product which had a lower cost and they shorted me one package. I have contacted them multiple times through various means and have had ZERO replies. So, I'm out about $70...NEVER AGAIN!

My experiences with West Coast Supply has be unbelievable. The quality of product has always been toy liking. And the prices and deals are great . Last order I received was sent out promptly after all the hick ups that occurred that were unfortunate for the reputation on the company but The REAL westcoastsupply lives on and I 100% keepy business with them

If I could rate a zero I would. I have used the service for a while with no problems. My last order was incorrect and have sent many emails to try and get order fixed. No reply and no product. The say they were hacked but didn't fix the problem. I am out money with nothing to show for it. Do not fall for good reviews do not use this site unless you want to waste your money.

They were delayed for a while, but they actually came through which was amazing when you look at their story and how they did everything to help us, one of the committed businesses ive ever experienced

I ordered on November 30th paid 25.00 for express shipping, I just got my tracking number today and says it will be here by Friday 🤞🏼

Update: ending up getting my delivery with a bonus package inside.

Horrible. They ripped me off $300. Played games with me via email and nothing. It’s been 35 days

Placed my order, sent E-transfer right away, they deposited my $$$ but never received product - no phone # listed and they won't respond to my emails
