I got scammed out of almost $200. Had been a regular with no issues and orders being delivered but as you can see from the other reviews, since November they've started not sending out orders nor acknowledging emails asking for simple updates.

Don't use them, they will steal your money.

Ripped off for over 300.00. I’d been a loyal customer for two years and they ripped me and a lot of other people off . Don’t use them

I've had a good experience with Westcoast supply. I like the fast delivery.

Terrible customer service. If you don’t receive your order they don’t care. They literally said ‘you should have received it’ and when I say I didn’t they say ‘you should have’.
Worst experience I’ve ever had buying online.

Hey I just wanted to comment this directly to all the recent shoppers that got scammed. I was hoping to reply this on all of your reviews but that is not an option. Maybe you can upvote this, not sure if that will help it reach the top of relevant.

These people are major scammers. I managed to finally get a response by contacting their new website.
Feel free to message them as well at sales@westcoastbud .io , although they have since ignored my response asking them to complete the orders that were made.

They’ve claimed that one of their employees stole their domain and website and also all of their emails/ bank accounts they use to collect E Transfers….
They won’t be fulfilling anyone’s orders, even though they’ve also claimed they still have all of the supplies that were ordered and paid for?
Instead they’ve just started a new website here: westcoastbud .io

There’s so much wrong with what happened. But the main thing is these garbage humans are not taking any responsibility for their colossal mistakes.

We should make a continued effort to spread this information whether its on their social media channels or even word of mouth. Don’t let these people get away with their behaviour, make sure nobody you know shops at westcoastbud.

There’s plenty of legitimate sites to shop from, WestCoastCannabis .co is a much better alternative.

The edibles that you sent has no effect even I took 2 squares at a time..plus
The weed lessen effect and when your in the half of the weed sticks it was hard to blow up..what's happened?

Scam don't get scammed like me and everyone else that used this site

This company completely scammed me for over $200 and has opened a new site to scam more people do not buy from them !!And PS anybody who thinks they’re legit I did too for the first six months until they ripped me off !!!

Edit2: They actually fulfilled the order after everything, i have changed my review again. The fact they tried to make it right after they had a bad run of luck is awesome. after a couple years of ordering i would say they are potentially safe again. Original website is back up

edit: google "False kidnapping report leads to drug seizure" and you will see they clearly got raided halloween night

Claimed their "employee" stole the old website westcoastsupply.cc and have for the last 10 days been locked out of their accounts

Yeah. I tried to make a order on October 30. & sent around 300 to a Hugo. I won’t say the last name. I had send them. A email. But I haven’t gotten a answer. & I paid by email transfer. So can’t really do anything but email this Hugo. & the support. Staff. Been ordering here for over a year. I never had a problem. Tell now. Website doesn’t work to Good. The customer service is no Good anymore. They don’t get back to you anymore. Maybe it’s time. I look for a different website with better customer support. If they ask this Hugo. They would see he got a email transfer. By my spouse, I won’t add her add on here. But I had emailed them. The information. I would have gotten my order by now. Lost 300 from west coast supply and this Hugo person But anyways.

No service, Never answer. And never havé my order

There was no proof of delivery signing. We have one of the worst mailman who puts the wrong mail in our box all the time. We have asked to make sure they insist on a signing of proof of delivery and do not get it. This is too dangerous to order product that way as the risk of loss

as of the last week of october this website has been taking autodeposit payments without any further correspondence upon the state of shipments. they are taking money and not sending a product, nor even providing any tracking numbers, nothing.
the customer service doesn't even answer.
apparently this was a good source until very recently.

Scam Never received my order tracking number it's been 2 weeks from now I write them mail they never reply the positive review is just fake and if you buy weed from them you lose your money!

I can always find deals on weed, shipping is super fast. Been ordering for a while, this is my go to
