Highly Recommend
Such a relief I found this company. I have never used a credit union before and went to them after being turned down from high street lenders. So easy to deal with them. My loan got approved with very favourable interest rates. Wish I had used their service before.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - I have used WCSL before a couple of times for loans, and more recently decided to carry on saving with them.
The staff are always friendly, clear with instructions and what happens next - I 100% recommend using the credit union for loans and savings

was not only helpful and quick to respond but
also offered a low-interest rate, allowing me to
save while borrowing. Your monthly payment include a portion of “pledge savings” that run alongside the loan can be withdrawn once loan is finished.

Fast, friendly and, understanding service
I recently applied for a personal loan with Santander and got offered an interest rate of 25%+, well above what I had applied for. After doing some research, I came across Credit Unions and Westcountry in particular… I’m so glad I did!
Their rates are a lot more friendlier and for someone in their youth who often gets looked down upon when applying for credit, Westcountry went above and beyond to help.
The messaging service to apply for a loan is unique but efficient and keeps a record of every communication you have with the Credit Union.
Whilst I was waiting for a decision on my loan application I asked if I could open a savings account and the team were more than happy to help and guided me through the application right away.
If you qualify for the Westcountry Credit Union, I can only recommend them to you.
