Extremely efficient and fully explained findings in plain English during a phone meeting = with the aid of extensive photographs - before writing the report. As a result, I withdrew from the purchase and they offered me a refund on the typing of the actual report which I no longer required. It wasn't the news that I wanted to hear but their findings saved me many tens of thousands which needed to be spent on the property.

We recently had a level 3 survey completed & were very impressed with the service. From appointment to customer aftercare we found David very professional & thorough with our potential purchase. On the day of the survey we had a phone call to explain the main findings so we would be prepared on receipt of the report. The report itself was very detailed & Logically laid out with all the main findings backed up with photographs. David encouraged us to phone him with any queries after reading the report & was extremely helpful in explaining things in a manner we could easily relate to. After doing a L3 building survey he called to give us a brief verbal report, and very patiently answered our questions and explained the survey results clearly. David Clare carried out a very professional survey report, he went the extra mile knowing it was for my elderly Mother and so carried out the survey as if it were his own parent highlighting what may be considered specific problem areas, we were very happy with the in depth survey and his helpful communication discussing any issues we raised, this helped us make a difficult decision a little easier.
