Fantastic shop and service with a great reduction on quality Asolo boots. Ideal location for Milngavie and Bearsden but thankfully with free parking!!!
Aside from the free parking the business has better flexibility without the constant financial liability of BID fees and carparking charges that Milngavie businesses must cope with.

Exactly the sort of hiking / walking shoes I've been after, which proved so hard to find. Swift delivery too. Excellent service, thank you.

After placing my order online for 2 Buff items, I received an email and phone call from customer service informing me that one of the items were unavailable and offered me an alternative colour. I selected a replacement product but later received another email saying that they had actually sold out of that option, so for the third time I selected the alternative product (same make and model, just different colour) from 3 options they had sent me and a few days later received my order. Despite the problem with their stock, I find customer service was efficient with great communication and fast shipping. I'm happy with the products.

A good price for a great product with excellent communication throughout the purchase process. Delivery was very quick. I would definitely use again.

I purchased a £1550 roof tent that they claimed to be ( and actually still show as in stock ). I purchased it as it stated delivery between 2-4 days and at the point of ordering we had 14 days until our trip - so plenty of time.
Sadly after 3 days of no updates on the tracking regarding delivery I have just contacted the company for an update only to be told by the person on the phone that they cannot give me an update as they weren’t the person who placed the order and they have to speak to a colleague to find out what’s happening. I find this odd as surely this company has an order tracking system that gives information on order stasis?! It’s a £1550 order!

Anyway after an extremely rude conversation ( the female was literally laughing ) as if I was the one in the wrong for not understanding why the person at the company couldn’t give me an update on my order. I was told the only person who could update me was the boss and he weren’t in but while on the call it would appear that they do not stock the product and instead order from the company who makes the product…which sadly I am familiar with and know this product to be out of stock!

Sadly for this company I am a social media influencer and will shortly be sharing my experience with this company as well as uploading full call recording.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. As echoed in multiple online reviews, rude and unprofessional.

I will also now be reaching out to the owner of the brand who’s product I was purchasing to explain the issues I have experienced.

Wow, ive never made a telephone call with a member of staff so rude & i will now be taking this case to consumer rights.

I am waiting on a refund for order number 2056971253. I paid for 24 hour tracked return & i have it in black & white that royal mail attempted delivery but there was no-one there to take my parcel. He / I dont know his name - is calling royal mail liers & they were in the building and didnt try to return my parcel. I am also waiting on a delivery for order number
771642493 with absolutely no tracking. I phoned today at 9.56am & the advisor said "theres people standing in front of me here, i dont normally deal with the public" i said im not finished & he said well i am"

Good luck trying to work your way out of this one, our telephone call will be shared on social media platforms and on the stephen nolan show in northern ireland.

My child attended a one-day summer camp last summer. The activity took place outdoors, but the staff did not prioritize the children's safety. When they played hide and seek, the group moved on while my child and her friends were still hiding. Moreover, my child was bullied by other kids, and the staff completely ignored the bullying, failing to intervene or address the situation.

Ordered online a Paramo Velez jacket, arrived quickly, well packaged and with a hand written letter. Fantastic service, would recommend 10/10.

Absolutely fantastic company. First purchase from them, and definitely won't be my last. The trainers I wanted were out of stock, so after a quick phone call, replacements were ordered. Handwritten apology with invoice and a free pair of socks. Could not have done more. Excellent customer service.

Wish I had never ordered from this company. Trying to return a defective item. Nobody responds to emails and Andrew who apparently owns the company was so horrible and rude and lied about refunding me.. I have now had to resort to contacting my credit card company. Never again!
