My experience was top-notch, from start-to-finish. It started with first being contacted by Alina one month prior to the operation. She did a wonderful job of explaining to me what steps needed to be done prior to my flight, answering all of my questions, and overall making me feel very comfortable with the process. Then, upon arriving in Turkey, I was picked up by a friendly driver who took me to my hotel (a fine one at that). I was then contacted by Nyssa, who did a wonderful job of explaining to me all the steps I needed to follow leading up to my operation, during my operation, after my operation, and continuing to be a reliable source of information and advice even weeks after the operation has been performed. All while remaining extremely friendly and hospitable at the same time. Overall, I could not have been more impressed with the hospitality that was shown to me by Western Health.

I got great support from Irem& Ilayda through out my treatment.

After having the consultation in London near tower hill and meeting the surgeon who examined my gums I decided that I had pick the best team to carry out what I have been prolonging for so long and decided there and then to pay in full the total for the procedure .
All arrangement was done and was on my way to IZMIR,I was pleased with the up to date communications about the flight ,hotel and transport in Izmir ,the people in Turkey made it so easy and soon was on my way to Izmir in August 23 for the First visit, the team in Izmir was very welcoming from the airport and the staff are very professional and so efficient it was like home from home .
The first treatment went very well all was explain in detail ,got to see Izmir as a tourist and was impressed by the history attached to that city ,tasted all that Izmir had to offer and was a an experience enjoyed by my taste buds.
The weather was at the end of August was perfect but before you know it had to face reality again as I was back in the UK facing a train strike,
As soon I could I booked the return for the final fitment at the end of November 23,again the everything went without a hitch thanks to the staff behind the scene doing all the hard word making the arrangement for my next stay ,could wait to get back for the final part of the procedure at the end of November 23.
We return to Izmir and met up with the team again and after a few visit I felt like a star ,my pictures being taken ,a new set of gnashers ,blinding and flashing at me in the mirror and my taste bud coming alive again,they done an excellent everyone said .
Time soon run out but we got some bargains inthe market before flying back to another train strike i early December.
I would like to thank all the staff from the chauffeur to the cleaner in the Hotel for making my stay a pleasant and memorable.

The whole treatment over 2 visits was fantastic.
Tugce and her team organised everything for me, transfers accommodation and clinic appointments.
There is no faulting the clinical expertise.
There was a hiccup with the timeline ie longer stay than expected.
The additional nights accommodation were provided free of charge.
My life has changed for the better, I can enjoy food and have gained confidence.

Half way through getting all in 4, top & bottom. All teeth pulled & 8 screws inserted. Got dentures for 4 months until I go back for finished product
Service was great. As soon as I landed got message where to meet the driver!
Everyone in the dental surgery was lovely especially Ilayda who was dealing with me. She always kept me informed.

I did lots of research into going to Turkey to have my teeth done! I came across Western Health, from the first message with Tugce to all the staff at the clinic in Izmir, llayder organised my appointments at the clinic. I could message her whenever I had a question! Everything was well planned, from being collected at the Airport to being dropped back! My treatment was fully explained to me,The whole package was perfect! I had x-rays, I had 22 crowns, one extraction. A bridge and a root canal filling! The clinic is super modern! Immaculately clean! The dentist and her assistant were fantastic, I trusted her implicitly!
We had plenty of free time to explore the area too! Our hotel was central and comfortable. The only thing I wished I had done differently, was to come here Years ago! Thank you to all at Western Health Izmir! 🤩

I was pleased to visit Izmir in October to have implants done and an extraction. I was impressed by the way this nation has developed a thriving dental industry. The studio was super slick, clean and shiny and all the dental staff very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The maxillo facial surgeon was excellent. Special thanks to Ilayda Caner who made the experience so easy and fun. Glad I got the first stage under my belt, plus spent a week discovering Turkey and ancient Biblical sites as an added bonus. Highly recommend the experience. The language barrier is an issue as I thought more English would be spoken, but Western Health has excellent interpreters so doesn't affect treatment. All in all very happy and can't wait to go back.

Despite being scared of the dentist, I decided my teeth needed some serious work. After doing due diligence, western health became my choice and I’m very pleased I chose them. From initial contact from Gamze at western through to the final fitting and the wonderful support from İrem, it was quality. I am so so happy with my new smile. Highly recommended.

I have had the best experience with western health Turkey, I have been speaking with Nyssa for a good few months no, and she has been amazing. Nyssa could honestly not done enough for me there was nothing that was to much for her I had many many questions and concerns no matter what day time I messaged with any questions Nyssa was there to help me, when my father sadly passed away a couple of months ago she checked in on me and was like a friend/ family.
I can’t wait to have my treatment done, feel I have chose the best people for my treatment.
I had two wonderful meetings with the western health team In London and I am so happy and assured to go ahead with these wonderful people.

My friend and I approached Western Health for two different procedures and from the off the service that he and I experienced was excellent!
From initially talking to Ezgi and the efforts that she'd gone to. She dealt with all our questions and anxieties brilliantly and it really felt like she couldn't do enough for you.
The the airport transfers, the hotel accommodation and the staff, all efficient and provided good service. 👏🏻

Brie, our assigned agent, was brilliant! Good communication, with good English skills. She's friendly, caring, supportive and considerate and also very informative. She constantly kept us updated and was always available to chat.
Brie was the friend we needed. 😌

Our resident "driver" was very friendly and smiley and ALWAYS punctual and on time, if not early most of the time. But certainly NEVER late! The roads are nuts, but we didn't ever feel unsafe with him.

My friend's treatment was at Wise & Smile dental clinic where he had crowns, and mine at a hospital where i had liposuction and required an over night stay. The individual venues where we both received our treatments were pristine and well kept. Wise & Smile in particular was lovely! 🪩

I was apprehensive about being alone for 2 days and 1 night in a hospital in a different country on my own, but I have to say having had private treatment in the UK, the hospital, staff and facilities were certainly on a par/equal to the experience I'd previously had in the UK. I was checked every hour and constantly had my fluids and medication maintained. I was also provided with a breakfast at the hospital. My surgery aftercare was superb.
Whilst the procedure I had won't show the benefits or any dramatic results until at least three months, so I'm told, my surgeon and her team were wonderful and very tentative. I felt very looked after and valued. 🫶🏻

My friend's results are fantastic, his teeth look genuinely great! As lifelong friends it's wonderful to see the impact it's had on him and the increase to his self esteem and self confidence. 😁

I couldn't have asked for any more from the overall experience we have had with Western Health, so thank you to all the team that helped us to achieve our goals. 👏🏻

My wife and I were researching about getting full mouth crowns and after seeing the reviews and results,we decided to reach out to Western Healt Turkey. We contacted Tugce in July and she gave us a quote. We paid 10% deposit and booked flights for October. Our hotel for 1 week was included in the quote. Before we went to Turkey we were contacted by Gamze who was out patient services coordinator. She told us everything about transfers and hotel.
When we arrived we were contacted by Brie who told us time of transfer for our first appointment. Our first appointment was the longest, about 2 hours, but no pain whatsoever after anesthetic and we we're given pain killers after, just in case. We took them for 1 or 2 days but absolutely no pain. We were also fitted with temporary teeth while our crowns were being made.
We had an appointment for 1 hour each,next few days, and I had my new smile completed on fourth day and my wife on fifth day. My dentist was Hanife and my wife's was Atalay,from Wise and Smile Clinic.They were both brilliant and perfectionists.
Everything about our experience was excellent from hotel, transfers (taxi man was a lovely gentleman)and the girls including Brie make you feel comfortable and are always a text away if you need anything.
It's been a week now since we completed our treatment and we both are delighted with out new smile. We did have some pain and sensitivity for the first few days but nothing painkillers didn't relieve.
I would highly recommend Western Health Turkey and would have no hesitation on returning there for more treatment in the future.
