We both are profoundly deaf and worried because of communication barrier but they have an amazing deaf awareness and use their iPhones to translate and a good patience. This helped to us feel relaxed and comfortable with communication and gestures.

We stayed in Turkish city but just to be prepared there is no swimming or beach nearby. The culture is very Turkish the locals are very welcoming and friendly. We felt like royalty haha!

My husband and I had our teeth done two few weeks ago and we are absolutely in-love with our new smiles! At the start we were so anxious about to have our treatment in Turkey but I have the best experience! Our treatment was pain free, all staff were really helpful and always answered all of my questions. Hotel and transfers were very good as well and on time with a lovely friendly driver!
Be prepared that your new teeth might get a little uncomfortable but will get used to it within 2-4 weeks. It’s worth it in the end with confidence to smile more. They never pressured us at all.

We are very satisfied and would urge anyone thinking of using Western Health Turkey, you will not be disappointed they are amazing. We are glad that we chose it and definitely will go back again to have a treatment for my bottom teeth 🫶🏻

Irem is the best host! She is very kind and patient and answers every question and doubt you may have! She's a beautiful girl with a lovely heart to help everyone! I've used western health twice and will be returning again with other patients and will request Irem as she is amazing and the best on her job.

Wise and smile,Izmir.Terrible aftercare,next to no information given and 8 out of 10 implants failed. Once you are out of the country you are forgotten.full of false promises!had to pay for the anesthetist to wait at £150 per hour because of there mistakes.then gave me £650 back and acted like that fixed everything. I am left in pain with partial dentures,2 implants and 4 crowns with complete dentures on the top. Literally feel so low and now they will not even send an invoice to explain the high price I've paid in money and health.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They also won't provide a full invoice with all treatment prices on.
The name of the chemical used in my jaw for the bone graphed or the batch number.
Offered to come back to correct but there is no way I would trust this place again after the bad customer care and treatment I've had.

Welcome I was a patient of this company, everything that happens there cannot be described, so it will be brief. es!!! Torn seats, pins falling from the ceiling and sides where some rubber mats were attached to patch the holes simply a tragedy, the condition of the car is in a terrible condition!!! Hotel of the cheapest quality in all of Turkey!! Stay for 7 days and I visited the clinic 3 times, where I could be there every day to precisely adjust the crowns. The crowns are placed on the last day of your stay, 3 hours before the clinic closes and you are rushed by the company's translator to hurry up with making a decision because there is no time because the dentists are going home. All this is to make you accept what they imposed on you because you have no other choice but to fly out in a few hours. Not only that, but the warranty they provide for 5 years on the crowns is one lie because when I sent photos with damage to the crowns, Dear Mrs. Gamze informed me that you need to brush your teeth, it is a mockery, so I see that this is the tactic she has towards anyone who contacts with damage to the crowns. Wogula does not accept it and the photos she doesn't notice the problem, it's normal for her. I still have stomatitis, I took 3 antibiotics and it still doesn't go away, 2 teeth are moving and she still doesn't see the problem. The whole matter of this pseudo-treatment has been reported to a lawyer who will deal with it. matter. Please be careful with this company if you want to have beautiful and healthy teeth.

I had a terrible experience, still in pain after weeks, poor service in terms of organisation and working ethic. The communication is very limited. The final outcome of my new teeth wasn’t as expected. Totally disappointed

Well where do I start,🤫 the whole experience was second to none, the staff are so friendly and very helpful, total professionals, anytime I needed them I could contact them via WhatsApp and they would get back to me straight away, the dental technician could of been an artist because of the quality work he done on my teeth, definitely 100% I now have that Hollywood smile 😜👍🏽

After years of being unhappy with my smile and having a lot of dental problems I decided to go with Western Health in Izmir Turkey for treatment.
From start to finish I can honestly say that Western Health/wise and smile are outstanding !! I had 27 crowns fitted , 3 root canals and 4 extractions.Everything is very professional including the clinic which is very very clean.
A special Thankyou to Iiayda and İrem who were my hosts and both are amazing !!!!! They were able to explain everything very well and answer all my questions and always able to contact them any time of the day during my stay.I also want to thank my dentist Hanife Nur as she was amazing too making me feel comfortable the whole way through my treatment and has made me a new Man !!! 😁😁😁
Hotel and transfers were very good as well and were always on time with a lovely friendly driver.
This whole journey has been life changing for me and only wish I had done this a long time ago !!

Wow what can I say about this place.

Firstly I probably have the worst Dentistry Anxiety possible.

However I was reassured everything was going to be okay. All treatment that was needed was done at my own pace.

We stopped whenever it got too much, anything I needed was no problem for team. Even changed my hotel as I wasn’t happy or comfortable there.

All transfers arrived on time, lovely pleasant driver too.

My dentist and his assistant were soo patient with me. Very detailed and wanted to make me the best smile!!

Clinic was lovely and clean. A total different atmosphere to UK clinics. Which really does help you calm down and focus on getting treatment completed.

Now after 6 years of no confidence, I can finally smile again, without thinking what people will say.

Special Mention to Ilayda Caner and my Dentist Atalay. Absolute super stars.

I would recommend Western Health to anyone looking to get a fresher smile. The field coordination team ( Ilayda/Irem) will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes without an issue . The dentist team is also extremely skilled and professional . Compared to prices in Ireland , the value for money is indubitable.

The 2 girls İrem and. IIayda were very nice very polite and very professional about there jobs 10/10 for these two. Clinic very clean and the staff were very good at what they did brilliant results teeth fantastic.

Me and my husband got our teeth done two months ago and we are absolutely inlove with our new smiles! We had a complicated case - sinus lifting, bone grafting, titanium membran, implants.....all of the treatment took 6 months and now we are over the moon with our teeth and have had no implications. All the staff were very helpful and lovely, definitely recommend this place! Thank you everyone at Western health( doctors,nurses, Irem,Ilayda)

Western health from start to finish were great, İrem and Alayda really cared, were friendly and put me at ease, arranging appointments and transfers, sometimes even sitting with me whilst I had treatment. Having been very nervous about it, I have to say it really helped, I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and full set of crowns, the results are fantastic, the dentist Atalay was so meticulous and friendly. He really cares and puts you at ease, I experienced no major pain. The blepharoplasty was more painful, but only for a few days, agsin had 2 follow ups and were very attentive. A week later the swelling has gone down lots and starting to look good. Overall a great company, nice hotel they put me in, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

From the start I was so anxious about doing my treatment in Turkey but I have the best experience in my life. My treatment was pain free, all staff was really helpful and friendly, they always answered my questions, the service was 5 star, a special thank you to Ikram, who looked after us and worked really hard to make us feel so comfortable. We had a private taxi driver, who was always on time, advise where to go shopping and good places to dine.
All overall was the best experience and my smile look amazing!
I will highly recommend to use the services.

From first contact to departing Western Health I've had great communication and have great deal of confidence in them after receiving an extraction and implants.
Being terrified of dentists, I was relived and impressed with how gentle and painless the treatment was, the dental staff were excellent, noticed complications and quickly found a solution.

On arrival service coordinator llayda organised my transport and greeted me on WattsApp arranging everything I need to know before the driver took me to the well equipped and friendly hotel in the centre of town with plenty amenities on the door step.

llayda English is better than mine, she explained the treatment and liaised with the dental staff excellently she was a calming, comforting and professional presence throughout the whole process.
After treatment, a swollen face was visible for five days the medication they provided kept the whole experience pain-free.

I found Izmir a very vibrant, friendly and helpful city returning in four months to finish the the treatment I've recommended Western Health to friends and would highly recommend them to you.

From the start my liaison & interpreter Irem has been a total star interpreting perfectly throughout. She is such a nice and kind person - I want to hire her… I have to mention my fabulous dentist Hanife and her assistant Burcu. They were the ones that made my actual dental experience bearable. Totally professional. I have also to mention our driver Ergun. He is a great guy and always on time and very friendly; if I had a chauffeur company he would be my top driver. Almost forgot to mention the talented Laboratory Technician Kemal. He was on hand throughout the visit and did an incredible job making my new teeth; thank you so much.

We have to say that this company is the most professional and brilliant, the staff are fantastic both Ilanya and İrem are lovely, helpful, professional and genuinely care about you. This is my 3rd time visiting them, once with my brother who had a fantastic outcome with his teeth and this is my 2nd visit to accompany my husband who has had implants and crowns. Absolutely outstanding care and attention. Would highly recommend the whole experience, the drivers who pick you up and take you back and forth from the airport, the hotel and the surgery, and all the staff in the surgery including the lovely dentist Hanife and the nurse who made my time in the chair comfortable and relaxing. 5*****
