Everyone at western health was so nice and welcoming, l had a great experience.
My dental plan was changed when I arrived to correct some bite issues I had, so I advise to have some extra cash to hand incase you need it. I waited a couple of weeks to give my review as I was told the sensitivity would go in a couple of weeks, which it has. The lovely Ilayda explains everything thats happening and translates between you and the dentist. If you need painkillers antibiotics etc she organises this for you straight away, these are all included in your dental plan. Nur my dentist is very professional I would recommend her to anyone having work done , she pays a lot of attention to detail, Irem is so nice also and went through the aftercare with me and if you experience any issues in the future just to contact them.

With high hopes for a transformed smile, I embarked on a dental journey that culminated in a devastating ordeal. An initial consultation in London painted a promising picture, leading me to seek treatment at a Turkish clinic. However, upon arrival, the veneer of professionalism quickly eroded. The initial treatment plan was abruptly altered, and the cost escalated dramatically.

To my horror, the dental implants, which were the cornerstone of the treatment, failed catastrophically. Four out of six implants were rendered useless, forcing the clinic to hastily devise an alternative plan. The resulting prosthesis was a rushed, ill-fitting monstrosity that has irreparably damaged my self-confidence. My teeth, once a source of pride, are now a constant source of shame and embarrassment. I have been cruelly nicknamed "chicken teeth," a moniker that serves as a daily reminder of the clinic's negligence.

Beyond the physical disfigurement, the emotional toll has been immense. The pain and discomfort I endured during the procedures were exacerbated by the anxiety and stress caused by the clinic's unprofessionalism. Overcrowded waiting rooms, indifferent staff, and a relentless push for additional, unnecessary treatments created a hostile environment. The demand for a significant upfront payment, a substantial portion of the overall cost, placed an undue financial burden on me.

This harrowing experience stands in stark contrast to the positive outcome of a friend who underwent similar treatment at a different Turkish clinic. Their journey was marked by professionalism, care, and a successful result. My own ordeal serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering dental tourism.

It was an excellent service experience for me . The moment you stepped in their clinic you will be greeted with warm welcome and smile especially Ilayda. She made sure everything we need is looked after . She’s an asset to the company. My dentist Atalaya is great too, he made sure everything is into perfection and satisfaction. I had 4 implants done and he explained every details that’s being done which I like as it shows how he cares for his patient. There was just a long wait involved on my last day as i had to wait for the lab which could have been totally avoided if the lab has completed the work a bit sooner. But over all it was excellent work done and i’m happy with the results of my implants. Will definitely recommend!

I have arrived home following my dental proceedure with western health, Izmir. The whole experiance from start to finish was seemless. The clinic its self is really modern, super clean and has great facilities. The staff are all really friendly and professional. Special mention to Irem who coordinates the appointments and helps with any questions and a huge huge mention to Nur who was my allocated dentist. She is fantastic at her job. Really professional, she is so talented and has given me a smile I am proud of. She was so kind and gentle throughout the whole procedure. I had a few chipped teeth and needed a fair bit of work doing as I had ground my teeth down due to the stress of caring for and loosing my father 4 years ago. All in all I had root canals done, my gums reshaped and lasered, a tooth extraction and 28 new crowns. I am over the moon with the results. Great service. I would definitly recomend anyone to use these guys. Thank you Western health

Who I brought with me while having surgery.Irem not only looked after him and made sure he had everything he need she also made me feel at ease through my surgeries and was there to answer any of my question no matter how big or small day and night I’m so grateful for all the support she gave and can’t wait to come back in a few month to complete the rest of my treatment. My experience so far, I appeared at the dentist and the staff at the front made me feel very welcome, and made me feel at ease, I had a few dentist in turkey message me to get treatment done with themselves, and I'm glad I picked yourselves, I have a fear of the dentist, but again everything I've had done so far has went smoothly, and I have been reassured that I will be fine, the only thing I hate getting done was jags which I would hate in any dentist be it the UK or Turkey, once my mouth was numb I was completely fine and sat thru 2 hrs of treatment, I was completely at ease I trusted the surgeons and dentists, again I'd like to mention Irem and all staff have made me feel at ease and reassuring me it will be OK, I am glad I chose yourselves for my treatment, my implants have been fitted 4 on my lower jaw, and 2 also in the top of my mouth, I've had no problems at all, just slight pain which would be normal after surgery, and to which I left the surgery with pain relief which has done me the world of good it eases the pain, I will return to the surgery in September which is after my time for healing, and I will then be fitted with my teeth on my implants and also have my remaining teeth in my mouth shaved down and will be replaced by zirconium crowns, on every occasion I have been picked up and dropped of at the hotel back and forward to the surgery,the driver was also lovely, again I'd like to stress how helpfull the staff have been very nice and welcoming me, I look forward to returning to the surgery for my completed treatment in September😁 I would highly recommend anyone get treatment at the surgery, I was also that happy with the treatment plan, I also took with me my nephew who came with me for treatment also and he returned to the UK, with a full new mouth of crowns and bridges, and he is over the moon with the results, i look forward to seeing yous again in September, lovely staff very professional very polite very welcoming 🙏 😁

Here The technology and the temperament of the dental practice has been so efficient and professional my teeth are now unbelievably beautiful, so much so that I am actually hiding my smile now because of the attraction and curiosity they bring, the prices are very reasonable and they even keep a English speaking person in the room with you during the surgery to make sure if there are any problems they can be dealt with there and then because you are prompted in your own language, they also provide hotel and ground transportation as part of the same price going to and from the surgery which is also a huge plus, so far it’s a huge yes! to this team I am very glad I did it

I was recommended to Western Health by a good friend that came out and had his teeth done. From the very first point of contact with Tugce I was given all the information needed, and she was able to answer all my questions.
Once I paid my deposit I was then in the hands of Gamze. Gamze sorted out my dates for treatment and accommodation.
All I had to do was book a flight.✈️

As the date came closer Gamze informed me on what was happening when I was across.
The day before the flight I was now looked after by llayda and İrem, they would text me and keep me up to speed with what times I was in at the clinic.

I landed in Izmir where I was picked up and taken to the hotel, the hotel I stayed in was smack bang in the center of Izmir, lots going on and plenty to see. The hotel was very nice too.

Western health take care of all you needs, taxi’s are put on to get you to and from the clinic.

All the treatment that I received was given to me at a very high standard, everything was well explained to me by IIayda.

My dentist was amazing and explained everything to me, they couldn’t do enough for you to make sure I was always comfortable.

I now have a fantastic smile and everyone that has seen my new teeth 🦷 always comment on how natural they look.

If you are thinking about going I highly recommend Western Health.

🛑Western Health Turkey🛑installs crowns in the bleeding jaw😳 patients coordinated and dentist always say is correct ways to do‼️after three months past treatment crowns comes out and is massive infection which is difficult to avoid of pain 🛑 When you try contact them and explain problems all of them will ignore you and leave everything on your side. Guarantee what is provided for all treatment is biggest scam and fraud. Big layers and scammers ‼️be aware of this company avoid this problems and lose your money ❌⛔️

We received brilliant service at Western Health Turkey and we cannot fault them in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to ensure we were 100% happy with our treatment. ALL the staff are absolutely amazing and our dentist and his staff were so professional and such a pleasure to deal with. The Clinic is spotless and a pleasure to enter and the equipment used is top class. Our entire experience was filled with so much laughter and Ilayda, we miss all the jokes and laughter we shared! I would truly recommend them without any hesitation!! Thank you to everyone for making our experience so wonderful!
