Ralph flushed my heating system and got my boiler running , radiators that haven’t worked in years are now working . He took time and care over the job and I would definitely recommend him .

Received a quote A few hours after his inspection. I booked the job in and it was completed a few days later with no fuss.

Have had a boiler that required constant resetting for the last two years with three different plumbers attempting to remedy. Ralph came out and worked his magic and had it up and running. Not only that he is also on time, courteous and works very cleanly. Highly recommended.

Ralph came out the same morning I called and was able to get my boiler up and running again. Unfortunately it has been neglected so will need a full service before next winter. But so glad I have found Ralph. Will definitely be calling him again for the service. Excellent service and very responsive.

I first had cause to use West Gas Service when one morning came down and found the kitchen floor flooded and water pouring from a fracture radiator pipe.
I spoke to Ralph who attended within an hour. He made a temporary repair on the radiator as it need new parts. He returned a few days later with the parts and completed the repair. He then checked the system and found it was not functioning efficiently,
He returned to do the necessary the work, replacing some worn parts. On every occasion calls and messages were answered promptly and all appointments were attended on the time and day stated. I would have no problem recommending Ralph and West Gas Service.

Very professional and efficient service. Called an hour before arriving and turned up exactly as promised. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would certainly recommend, and use again.

Ralph installed a new boiler for us. He explained everything and gave us options for the installation/set-up where possible. He turned up when he said he would, was tidy and efficient. Can’t praise Ralph high enough. Our Boiler went down Monday night and he was at our door at 8.00am the following morning! Serviced and fixed by 11.00am. Couldn’t have asked for a better reliable and honest job. Ralph is friendly safe and reliable, explains the faults and what needs repairing and only repairs the essential and makes it cost effective and competitive prices. Would not think about going anywhere again customer for life.

Ralf has installed a new hot water cistern and fitted a new central heating boiler for us. He was prompt, efficient and thoroughly helpful throughout both jobs, and we are delighted with the outcome. We shall not hesitate to call on him for any future heating / plumbing requirements.

Ralph is a rare find as he is outstanding in all aspects of his work and service. Our heating broke down recently and he showed patience and perseverance in overcoming the complexities presented by our old and poorly installed system. His expertise gained from years of experience was evident and he overcome all problems. Our underfloor heating also ceased working so, as an exisiting customer, he made time to attend our property promptly and diagnosed the problem where many plumbers have failed in the past. He was thoughtful enough as to show us and explain the problem fully so we were involved at all stages of the work. He then returned to rebalance the whole heating system which is now working better than ever. Ralph is not only an expert in his field but a reliable, courteous professional who cares about his clients and his work. I recommend him highly.

Mr Watson (Ralph) is a great plumber.
I called him for a gas certificate for the property I was about to buy and unfortunately the Gas Certificate failed.
He took the time to properly explain to me the reasons of failure and search for a solution that wasn’t too costly for me. The communication took place mainly via WhatsApp and it has been real fluid.
Today we met at the property that I finally bought, he spent almost 2 hours to check and explain everything to me everything while looking for fixing the problem by using the existing components instead of straightforward use to new one. At the end the boiler simply proven to be slightly wrongly installed so he charged me only the usual Gas Certificate rate rather than the initially agreed 3 times more expensive service…
What else… great great plumber that I’ll definitely use in the future and can suggest to future customers!

Mr Watson (Ralph) recently fitted a Vaillant boiler for me, he also fitted all the required elements to a Wetroom for my disabled Father in law which included a sink, low level toilet, electric and a thermostatIc shower, Towel radiator and the drainage gully for the wet room, He also connected and installed the pipe work for my exterior soak away, he undertook all the plumbing in my new kitchen extension (sink, washing machine, dishwasher, radiators etc) he also replaced the radiators in my living room,
As you can see he basically undertook all my plumbing requirements,

Ralph’s workmanship and professionalism was exceptional, I did my homework before choosing him and I admit I was sceptical at 1st because all the feedback from previous clientele seemed to be too good to be true but I have to admit they were right, I could tell that he knew his craft as soon as I spoke to him and didn’t hesitate in hiring him,

In a nutshell

He was very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, his workmanship was top class and he actually turned up when he said he would (very unusual for a tradesman)

I can’t recommend him highly enough

Highly recommended! Ralph was prompt in responding to our call when a pipe burst in our bathroom. We found him friendly and helpful - he took the time to show us why it happened and fixed it so the pipe work was in a better configuration than it was originally. He was also very efficient. We are very pleased with his work. If you need a good plumber - he is the man to go to!

Ralph was quick to respond to us and quick to put in a new boiler. Very professional and easy to deal with. It was a seamless process from start to finish.
