We have dealt with Ralph as one of our main contractors for many years now. Over the years Ralph has always been on hand to assist our customers and also helped members of the team out wherever he can.

We have always found WestGas to be reliable, honest and hardworking. The charges are always for the work required and we have never had any negative feedback regarding their work.

Ralph was excellent. Not only that he fixed the problem but he also provided us with short and long term advice on the maintenance of our heating system.
Having had a few DIY people around, I am very happy that we found Ralph who is a subject matter expert.

I first used Ralph last year when he inspected one of my rental properties, the central heating had to be flushed due to blockages, Ralph completed the work in a good and timely manner and my Tenant did nothing but sing his praises. Two weeks ago the Boiler started leaking in my other rental property, Ralph arrived very quickly to check the problem out, gave very good and helpful advice / guidance, resulting in fitting a completely new boiler which he also moved to a more suitable site, again his workmanship was great and my other Tenant too was very impressed, If you need a Plumber then Ralph is your man 👍

Ralph installed a new gas central heating system for us a few years back and we were pleased with the quality of his work. We called him back when we needed a boiler replaced in another house. Ralph turns up on time and answer calls promptly. You can rely on him to do a professional job.

First met ralph and his team a year ago when they fitted a new boiler for me. They Had to replace a 30+ year old boiler which ment quite a lot of configuration, not just in pipe work but also with electrics and brickwork. Was impressed with Ralph and his team in the way they went about their work, very tidy and knowledgeable and taking time to answer any queries i had. Also used them for my first service. Would definitely recommend Ralph and his team.

Ralph came and sorted out my faulty heating system on very short notice. He was polite, professional and friendly. He kept me informed throughout the entire process about what had gone wrong, what he needed to do to fix it and what would need to be looked at in the future. His quote was accurate and fair and overall I was really happy and impressed with his services. Should I have any heating, plumbing or gas issues in the future I would not hesitate to call him again and am more than happy to recommend him to others.

A man who answers the phone, does what he says he is going to do and turns up when he says he is going to turn up. On top of that does a good job too. He solved an issue for my 80 year old dad within 4 hours on a very cold day, when he would have been left without heating!!

Ralph Watson from WestGas Service responded to my posting on another site for boiler replacement . His quote was competitive and so I instructed him. I have since used him for another larger job as I’ve found him to be utterly reliable , competitive and thorough . This is a model of how trades should operate . No nonsense reliability and trustworthy work . He completed the jobs on time , with little fuss and even registered boilers for me without prompting. I trust him with all plumbing and gas works . I believe he also does bathrooms . A service I’ll be using .

Ralph answered a call early morning and was out a couple of hours later - while he couldn't solve the problem immediately he did a temporary fix (getting soaked in the process) and we are now arranging the next step......

We first used West Gas 5 years ago to advise on and replace our old back boiler with a new combi boiler. Since then we have always used them to annually service the boiler. West Gas installed our gas boiler nearly 8 years ago and has been back each year to service it. Both the installation and servicing have been excellent.
