The smell of the wig and contents in the pink box was TERRIBLE. I could smell it before I even opened the box. It was that bad. I washed the wig and threw away contents. Of course the curls and style went right down the drain with the smell. It was a waste of my money.

Absolutely love WestKiss hair wigs. I have ordered from them 3 time and all 3 times they have exceeded my expectations. I have spent $7-$800 on wigs to be customized that aren’t no where near as good as WestKiss wigs. They use quality hair and their wigs last a very long time. I will highly recommend them and look forward to continuing my business with WestKiss. They are my go to for good quality wigs at great prices. Their wigs are better than any other wigs I have tried…hands down!

Ordered 613 in 12 inches. Hair was really soft with no tangle and can’t wait to wear it

I received my order 10/03 and noticed the hair was not the same as my previous order even though the only thing I changed was the length. The hair smelled burnt and over processed and the front of the wig was layered about 6 inches shorter than the rest of the wig. I ordered the same wig last year and it was the same length all the way around from front to back. I reached out to the company and each time I mentioned the word return all communication stopped. The sent messages through WhatsApp and email, no response but according to their faqs page they answer all inquiries in 24hours. Don't order here it should not be this hard to get a company to fix their mistakes.

My experience:
I received this wig in 10 days or 1.5 weeks from when I ordered it. Which was reasonable to me. From beginning to the arrival day, the company updated me every step of the way. They even did customization before sending it out which i asked for a few hours after purchase. When I got the wig, it was beautifully wrapped in a pink silk bag with a glue applicator (mini spatula ?? Lol idk) and headband for melting. The hair was gorgeous, silky and thick. Hair line was natural with bleached knots and the pre-plucked lagos hairline. This is my first time using this hairline so installing it took just a little time to maneuver but i figured it out. Just make sure the widows peak is centered and let the rest fall in place. I installed it myself. I wear wigs often, but not a hairstylist. I hate destroying wigs by bleaching knots so happy this wig came pre-plucked and bleached. It is for beginners and looks sooo natural. The only con I had was the factory smell, Which you can co-wash to get the smell out. Overall I love it and would purchase again.

I been using westkiss hair for years. It's always so full, soft and minimal shedding. The hair company customer service is really professional and always responds back quick and efficient. The hair ships fast as well. This hair company never dissappoints.

On September 15 2025, I placed an order with Westkiss Hair for a Natural Black Loose Body 13x4 Frontal Wig, 24 inches, 300% density, totaling $370. Instead of the item I paid for, I received a red wig with no brand label, which is clearly not what I ordered.

I contacted Westkiss immediately and provided multiple photos of the incorrect wig and the shipping label with my name on it. Rather than resolving the issue, the company repeatedly dismissed my concerns. They claimed their warehouse sent the correct item, accused me of confusing their company with another, and demanded an “unboxing video” as proof — something no customer is reasonably expected to have. When I asked for a proper investigation, they ignored the request and suggested someone may have “swapped my package,” which is not supported by any evidence.

At no point did Westkiss offer a refund or replacement. Their refusal to honor a simple and reasonable request leaves me with merchandise I did not order and a financial loss of $370. I am now filing a formal dispute through my bank. I am submitting this complaint so other customers are aware of these business practices.

I bought 18' brazilian bundles, loose waves in August after doing extensive research. The hair that I received was soft but had a light smell. It also came quickly After the first week, I noticed that this hair tangled very easy and shed a lot. I take a lot of care with bundles and no matter how gentle I am, this hair continues to shed and tangle. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! As it is, I cannot recommend this hair, it's not worth the hassle or money. It's not quality hair.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the wig I received. It is exactly as advertised—from the density to the length, with minimal shedding, the quality appears excellent. Although I haven’t worn it yet due to the density being more suitable for the cooler fall weather, I was able to bleach it successfully, and it gave a very realistic scalp appearance. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely consider purchasing another wig from Westkiss in the near future.
