This is my first time ordering from West Kiss and I am very pleased with the hair, I do feel like the wait was a tat bit long but other than that I am very satisfied. The hair is soft, full and the color is amazing! The order also came with some free items that I absolutely love, I will definitely get more wigs from them!

I received my wig after a mistake I made with the shipping address. The Lagos hairline wig is🔥🔥🔥🔥 definitely will be purchasing another wig soon.

If I can give no star I would this company will send you what they want you to have asked for 250 density Full Lace wig paid almost $400 for a full lace wig looks like 130 density bald spots in the front hairline which was so thin even at the front top crown you can see the white seam of where the lace was sew together tried to get my money back through Affirm they agreed to what seller stated with lies that I asked for bleach knots on an HD lace HD lace is high definition lace if you bleach anymore the lace will become very riggie and tear , seller took upon herself to bleach knots a little more and I sent affirm all emails of our conversations and they still agreed with the seller I can't wait till the USA starts creating our own lace wigs due to China is getting over taken our hard earned money and the companies that you get buy now and pay later from us now agreeing with them just to keep there interest on our dollars when agreed to loans it's not fair never in a million years I will order from Westkiss Seller not trust worthy this is why they beg you to hurry and pay because they need money and they know they don't or can't meet your demands and know they gonna win over because if you even cut the lace or even style the wig just to see what you working with they still not going to accept the wig back , How can you know if the wig is damaged or not or even too thin and has bald spot in hidden areas if you don't try the wig on your head and they know they don't send the right size wig anyway we ask for size small they send big pots knowing we have to cut wig down to fit our heads China get over like the rats they cook . But people don't order from Westkiss Hair they lie about reviews and our women lying for them just to get $20 off $400 or $500 because we know in America that China doesn't offer anything free or more than $20 don't buy from these guys they will send you anything and lie and show a different wig they sent. But I let them have that $400 and had to spend $160 for track hair that matches the wig to hide the bald spots on A New wig I spent almost$400 for SMH " never will I look at there website if I see them come across my page I will block them liars" liars"👿

Gave me a bad closure and bundles. Wont refund money. Closure balded in two weeks. Bundles shed a day after install. Had to take out after not even a full two weeks. Only offered a “discount “ not even free new hair

The wig is bad. It's thin, the lace was cut, and it isn't versatile. It's so stiff, and they don't want to send the shipping label to return the product. It's short, and the reviews are fake! I will not be buying again.

False Advertisement. DON'T PURCHASE!! This was by far the worse wig I purchased online. The 1st thing I notice wad the lace from the HD Lace ripping along the edged and along with the curl pattern being totally different from what I seen online. It was no curl pattern at all. Talking about cheap and bad quality. Return process is terrible...I have never had to complain about a wig before purchased online. But this review. Will help the next customer. I should have checked reviews 1st. My 15 Year daughter told me about the site and I thought I would try out... Bad Idea

Fast delivery, thin frontal lasers upto a year and true to length , and great customer service through WhatsApp. I speak to Andrea on WhatsApp so she can customise the order , and she is amazing! I've never had any problems. Shipping takes about six days to North London. I always buy bundles from them that are full; sometimes I buy four and I don’t even use all of them the hair is extremely thick and barely sheds if you take care of them. I've tried all the hair straight curly etc. (I can’t vouch for TikTok, Amazon, or AliExpress) but their official page is amazing. They always deliver thier customer service is amazing been shopping with them since 2021 don’t go anywhere else.

It’s all about money with this company…… they are terrible ! They never have good discounts only 12 percent off nothing more !one time I asked their customer service why are they so expensive and barely give discounts she got an attitude and said our quality is the best….Then one time they had a flash sale and I purchased from them a 20 inch wig twice then I saw on their website they had a flash sale with the same wig but now they don’t have 20 inch anymore just 14 and 18 so I contacted their customer service again to ask why they don’t have 20 inch anymore the person seemed angry and said we don’t have and you have to pay money for what you want ! Then sent me a link for the same wig just very expensive!!!!! Westkiss hair is terrible ! I went on Wiggins hair website and that same wig is 120 dollars less than Westkiss.

I take of my hair since I was 10, because my mom always told me that men always take a glance on your hair when they firstly meet you and this is a real truth. That's why I got used to pay more attention to hair rather than to attire or maybe face.

It's difficult for me to take care of my hair because of the genetics, but anyway the stuff from this store always helps me to overpass all the difficulties, at least there is something that make my hair look beatiful and thus I am grateful to this company.

I purchased the Lace Size:4*7 Ready to Go; Hair Length:24 in May. I was only able to wear it for one week because of the smell. I washed that wig over 15 times and that god awful smell won’t go away. I wasted $253.00 on a wig that smells like trash (literally)!!

The first wig I purchased from WedtKiss was good. This second wig I received is horrible, and they kept sending excuses instead of sending me a return address. I bought a glueless wig and the front is thin, it kept shedding, the quality is bad, the hair burned as soon as heat hit the hair.

Doesn’t fit my head size the lace doesn’t give as much as it shows on the pictures everything is so bad I didn’t expect this tbh so disappointed that I spent every penny on this item -278.20 USD

West Kiss is just another wig company that takes your money and sells them low level hair to pass off as good. What they advertise is NOT what you get. And trying to get customer service to help, resolve or even refund is a joke. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I purchased 4 Brazilian body wave virgin hair bundles costing me roughly $250. When I received the hair the smell was terrible. It took 3 washes to get the smell out. Went to my stylist to install and the hair was melting on her flat iron which was at 370 degrees! A good $500 total wasted. Do yourself a favor and DON’T buy from them. It’s hard enough finding an honest hair vendor. Skip this one.

I ordered a 28 inch 180 density wig and changed my mind a day later and ordered a shorter wig with more density. Despite this my wig still came within 3 days of ordering no smell, pre plucked lace and some extra stuff as well. Amazing service would highly recommend

Communication was great, honestly 5/5. The hair was plucked to perfection didn’t need any extra work and bleached very nice. I ordered a chocolate brown body wave - 7x4 - 18” . Shipping was very quick as well. Very glad I found them and definitely will be ordering more, they’ve found a permanent customer over here. Thank you so much WESTKISS

So my wig was to big , I was so upset I've been trying to find the best wig company for a show I have coming up but when I tell you they made up for it one the customer service was amazing they refunded some of my
Money and they respond quick and they on top of that they sent me a free wig ! The wig is Amazing they both are it was just to big I had to cut and sew it but besides that I would recommend y'all ! 10/10

I spent a lot of time reading reviews here, and on other social media platforms to ensure I chose the best of the affordable hair vendors.

I purchased a 16 inch u part wig and 20 inch v part wig. You can't choose the cap size but I've never had any issues with a standard or medium sized cap. Both wigs, but especially the 20 inch v part wig cap was absolutely massive and I'm not going to wear it.

The v part wig was constructed terribly. The combs arrived falling off and the v part had no structure unlike the v part wig.

The hair itself was fine, but I was extremly disappointed with the poor fit! I've bought better wigs on Amazon!

Do not waste your money and buy wigs from here. But if you do expect to be disappointed!!!

I've never felt compelled to leave a review before but I want to warn others.

The hair is AMAZING, if you wash it every week with silicon mix it will always look fresh! Best hair I’ve bought, and will definitely order more I’m so happy xx
