I received the package in less than a week. So shipping was very fast. The customer service was exceptional. They give you updates regularly. The hair is simply amazing. The lace is truly HD and blends well with the skin. My hairdresser had very little to do since the hair was already pre-plucked ! Love West kiss

I bought two u part wigs. Both was customized for me. The price is great and delivery is quick. They really took their time to work with me and give me exactly what I want. The hair is so soft and full. I received 20 inch kinky curly hair. Barely any shredding. I been using west kiss awhile now. It looks and feel like top quality hair. Customer Service is a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend

The service was very good. I spoke with one of the representatives to see if they had a unit available that I wanted. The rep. responded quickly and she answered all my questions. I think she expressed shipped my order as well because I ordered my wig on Saturday and it came on Tuesday. The wig was nice too, it had no smell, it came curled, the lace was pre cut, & the knots looked good too. I ordered the glueless, 4x7, 250 density, 24in unit. This isn't my first time ordering from westkiss but I usually don't experience problems with them.

It was such a honor to purchase my customized unit ! The communication flowed so normal with them ! Westkiss did there thing with my wig I came completely done! I didn’t need to do anything but put it on. They sent me pictures of the wig before shipping it and let me tell you it was the same wig and the hair was beautiful when it got here

The hair comes ready to go. The hair is already plucked.The knots came bleached and the lace is tinted. I love that I didn’t have to style the wig. All I had to do was glue it all. The HD lace melted perfectly 10/10 will try again!

Customer service is IMMACULATE. They really cater to their clients. They made sure I had my last minute order here in time and even check on me throughout the whole process even after . My wig came pre-bleached, plucked, and even curled. Hair and lace quality is ALWAYS top tier . I am constantly being asked where I get my wigs from and the answer is always,” If you see a wig on me , it’s only from West Kiss !”

I ordered 24 inch Bodywave 4x7 wig from them and was disappointed- highly disappointed when it arrived. The wig seemed to be a synthetic mix, not able to even hold the curl that came with the wigs. Soon as I ran my fingers through the cars, they were gone. The wig also had broken hairs all throughout the wig, all different lengths, which makes the wig look a fuzzy, porcupine mess. And last, they cut the front lace so far back, there was no room for me to add baby hairs if I wanted to. The back of the wig was also a weird fit, like almost too big, with a huge space in the back. The clips on the side just didn’t do anything for the security, only hindering the hair from looking realistic. Do not order from them. The CS is bogus also, telling me to wash and condition it to get rid of those broken pieces 🙄- Lord I’ll never be ordering from them again.

I absolutely love this hair. I purchased a 20inch, 250% density, 7x4 glueless wig. The hair was so full and soft. I absolutely loved it and I received so many compliments. Oh and the lace was definitely HD. DONT HESITATE ORDER THIS NOW‼️

I’ve always liked their hair but the way they fake reviews is misleading and unethical. They use real people’s pictures to advertise the hair and pretend as if those people are reviewing the product as an actual, paying customer. I’m not talking about them using other people’s photos is the initial advertisement of the hair, which is also very wrong, I mean in the REVIEWS.

Take a look at the pictures on the reviews for their u-part/v-part wigs. Those reviewers have lace front wigs on, not wigs with leave-out. What makes it extra calculating is that they’ll use normal, everyday women’s pictures that they found on social media. You would think those girls are actually wearing the hair they’re supposedly reviewing for because they’re just regular people, not sponsored celebs and influencers. Their pictures aren’t high quality, excellent lighting, perfectly curated…they’re just normal selfies. So, so unethical.

Go take a look for yourself. If you’re a black woman/teenage girl, who knows, maybe they’ve even used YOUR picture.

This was my first time buying a braided wig and I must say I have no complaints. It is full and beautiful!!!

Worth the money and the wait. I got a custom wig and I'm so happy I did. The hair is super soft and thick. I'm ready for the wig life after using Westkiss. It's a superior wig.
