Sam in the Guildford store was incredibly helpful and patient with us and we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery service was 5 star - Sean and Paul really did go above and beyond with the installation of all our furniture. Really great company - highly recommend

Fantastic products and service
Can’t praise Sean and Paul enough for their work during driving rain over two days fitting a large pergola next to our house. Nothing was too much trouble, advice throughout, always arrived on time and worked like trojans.

Amazing helpful, friendly team. We bought the cozy sofas and table. We are absolutely delighted with them. Our showroom experience was fab. The team gave us time, good advice and lots of patience whilst we considered the options. The delivery time was only a matter of weeks (to Cornwall!) and the delivery team were great and on time. My first review is for Sam @ the Guildford store. We visited the store twice over the weekend. Finalising our choice on Sunday not before Sam and Justyna physically moved furniture so we could visualise our look. We have been so impressed with everything from start to finish and cannot recommend the Guildford store more highly!
We purchased our furniture on Sunday, received a call Monday and took delivery Tuesday! Sean and Paul the delivery men were fantastic polite and very accommodating. The whole process from start to finish has been a superb experience. We really can’t thank all staff involved enough we love our new garden furniture. Many thanks

Lovely parasol and great service from MD
Lovely parasol. Unfortunately after just over a year a bolt worked loose and disappeared. Customer services were initially unhelpful but then the MD spotted this review and got in touch to sort a replacement bolt.

This is how service should be! The quality of their furniture is outstanding. And their customer service is excellent.
I recently bought a parasol, and the battery was missing from the box. No questions, no queries, just replaced in less than 24 hours.
Will continue to buy from Westminster.
