Once again I had WestMoor M.o.t centre get in touch and remind me my MOT was due in a few weeks time, this time I popped in spoke to reception and a young lady took my details and booked me in for the MOT and service then told me date and time to drop it off, about 3 hours later I was told to pick it up all done, Can't fault the service from getting booked in and picking it back up, definitely recommend WestMoor MOT centre for service 🐕‍🦺

As always you get a really good experience when you go to West moor MOT centre, Martin is very very good he knows his stuff, my car was due it’s mot today, dropped off at 8.30 and text to tell me all done 9.45, brilliant service.

Fitted a front coil spring the wrong way round and also not doing mot properly first time round! Took to another garage to find out these massive failures

Got my Nissan Leaf serviced in accordance with Nissan requirements here today. This was important to preserve the Nissan warranty on the main battery. MOT also.
My car is 4 years old but very low mileage (6000) but required a major service per the servicing schedule. All relevant checks carried out, main battery SOH confirmed at 94 Pc and 12v battery (if you know Leafs, this is important) tested and fine. Work carried out reflected what needed to be done whilst maintaining the warranty and cost 100 pounds less than main dealer.
Great to have found an honest local garage specialising in electric vehicles. Customer service very good too.

We have used this place for a few years now for all our car needs. Highly respected in the area. Very efficient and extremely trustworthy. David fitted our car in for a diagnostic just before Xmas at an extremely busy time and this just goes to show how accommodating they will try to be. A 5 star garage. We will never go anywhere else.

They are very good at explaining what needs to be done and they do not look for work that is not required
Woke up yesterday to find that my NS front tyre was flat
Managed to pump enough air into it to get to Westmoor and they were able to repair it within an hour

I've been using Dave and his team for servicing and the MOT annual check up for around 10 years or thereabouts. Always a cheerful chat and very helpful. I've got a 2007 Qashqai and is always serviced 100% and passed the MOT every time. If something is found soon to be changed or a bit worn he doesn't just repair it for the sake of making money but will explain that it should be safe to leave it till the next annual device.
