I'm super impressed with the customer service. I had a perceived issue upon delivery. I reach out with my concerns and right away, NO QUESTIONS ASKED They went above and beyond to make it right at their own expense.. They did explain to me that it was a non issue, but because they wanted to take care of my concerns they were going to take care of me. THAT'S excellent customer service. They didint' do this once they did it twice! I also had an issue with a Mots-c pepdited. I messed up the concentration with the bac water - long story. They said it was better if I just discarded that one and that they would send me a new vial of mots-c to replace the one I MESSED UP. Again. No questions asked and they took care of me. An inexperienced new customer. Simply amazing.

I wish the delivery time was shorter. The company I was ordering from got my order to me in a couple of days. Other than that I like West Peptides!

Bear in mind we don't ship on Saturdays, so if you order on a Friday, it will generally ship on Monday.
Other than that, 2-3 days shipping is the norm.

I like that you can actually call them. James was generous with his time and provided a lot of value. This is my 2nd order, I noticed I got a free upgrade to 2 day shipping which was nice.
The quality of the peptides is 10/10, the testing they do is fantastic.
