This is my second time ordering an inflatable 10x10 canopy tent (with awning + back wall) and I just have to say that Westshade's customer service is by far one of the best I've ever worked with!

Whether by phone or email, both Max and Leo, were super helpful! They're quick to respond and provide beautiful, high quality, custom tents with speedy turnaround time.

Westshade 10x10 custom tent setup delivered a premium, polished presence for my brand right out the gate. The tent, retractable banners, and table cover were all top-tier quality. I ordered a Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent and I am very impressed with the customer service and education regarding this purchase. The design looks amazing as well. I am a small business and I am very certain west shade was the right choice for me!

Westshades has been AMAZING to work with from start to final approval. They worked with me so patiently as I CONTINUALLY had to update my mock up and work out exactly what we wanted. It's our first time doing outdoor events and we are a small business, so it took a lot of refining and editing to finally land on what was the perfect design for us. They worked with me to get my logo just right so that it could be printed in such a large scale. They responded super quickly to all of my inquiries and edits (within 30 mins). The tent looks like it will be amazing and super high quality. So glad we chose to work with Westshades!! It has been a truly amazing experience working on something that has been kind of stressful to refine on our end. Highly recommend!

Also, if you are designing your own tent, I recommend using the Pantone colors in the process of designing it from the start. Westshade (and probably every custom tent company) uses the Pantone color swatches to color match your design to be sure the colors are precise because every computer screen is different. I provided them my own tent mockup with a custom color from my design platform (Canva). Canva does not use Pantone colors, so when I provided the mockup, there was no precise match for the color. We ended up with a color that I like just as much, but as a newbie to this type of design, I didn't know that when I got started and is good to keep in mind ad you refine what you want. You can request a Pantone color sheet to help guide your work.

Westshades was SUPER helpful and patient as I worked through the process of designing the tent myself, which I truly appreciated. No need to design it yourself though if that's not your thing. Westshade I believe does it for free, and I feel confident they would do a wonderful job!

Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent. We purchased 2 tents from Westshade and they made the process simple. They were very timely in their responses and I received a quote and mock-up of what the design would look like 10-15 minutes after my initial request. Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent - I emailed the company to inquire about an expedited order I needed asap and within one hour I had already spoken to the salesman by email and phone and within 3 hours had already received 2 mockups and approved our order. The company is amazing to say the least and I cant wait to receive our final product this week. 10/10 recommend. I will be using again.

Westshade 10x20 Canopy Tent- Everyone at Westshade has been wonderful to deal with during the order process. We needed a tent designed and we needed it delivered for a specific date so I was worried about finding a company that could give us high quality product in time for an event and Westshade came through on every level.
