We ordered a Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent recently and the order process was smooth and easy with plenty of communication to feel comfortable. We have not received the tent at this time, but will follow up with a material review.

Westshade has been a breeze to work with. Everything has been super easy. I went online and requested pricing, submitted our logo, had it drawn up and then approved. Everything was done by email, and the team was very responsive. We ordered a standard 10x10 canapy tent with a backdrop and 2 logos. If we are ever in need of another tent, Westshade will be my first email.

After calling several companies, I had difficulty getting a mockup and a follow-up on the phone; West Shade was very quick to respond to calls or emails. Leo and Max were very helpful, and we made it happen at my speed.

Design team worked with me on my designs and assisted with many revisions and edits for the custom printing. Turned out great! The Tent frame is heavy duty and of great quality, should hold up to many years of use! Definitely Reccomend!
