Found this company when searching for a replacement car. Spoke to Steve and arranged a test drive plus asking for part exchange quote.
Found Steve very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He just gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and let me go.
Decided that this was the car for me. PX price was what I was looking for.
Picked it up a few days later and I'm (so far) delighted with it. Would happily deal with Westwood again. Thank you Steve.

I bought my Toyota Yaris Hybrid from Westwood a month ago today and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! I was a bit wary about buying a car without seeing it but after several conversations with Lee, a video tour of my car and numerous messages I felt reassured and confident to go ahead. The whole process was super easy and efficient. I would highly recommend Westwood, with a special mention for Lee.

My recent car purchase was seamless due to the way the whole team interacted with us. The car was delivered in perfect condition.

An absolutely brilliant garage to buy from. This is the third car our family have bought from here & Steve cannot do more to help. The cars are from great stock, brought up to spec before being sold, clean & all have been reliable & reasonably priced. I just purchased a Mercedes a class from Westwood, it was by far the most easiest quickest and relaxing experience! I went to view the car last week, picked it up this week! the front left alloy was a little scratched so they got it done free of charge for me and also threw in the right side alloy for free! Also all serviced and MOT’d before collection. Very chuffed. Such great, genuine people who run this garage! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car :)

Fantastic car dealers, see a nice mokka on auto trader on Saturday, rang up for more information and they were very helpful. Went there today (monday) and a very nice place. No pressure to buy, just let you look around the car. I would definitely recommend this car dealers . Went above and beyond to help me. And I walked away with my new wheels. So, people are very quick to complain but never to praise so this is all about the good stuff.

I saw a Jaguar XF advertised on auto trader with Westwood, and went to view it, nice family run garage near Dartford, when i got there i spoke to a friendly guy called Lee who was happy to show me the vehicle, no pressure he left me to look at it in my own time, after i had looked at it we sat and talked about the car, they answered all my questions and were very proffessional.

I bought the car and got the warranty from warranty wise. obviously i havent used it yet as the car is pristine.

Furthermore they delivered it too me at home so it was very convienient.

Absolutely brilliant service. Have just bought a car online and was extremely apprehensive. Steve went through everything. Very professional. Lee delivered the car, spotless, exactly as described/seen via video. Polite and courteous. A long standing family run business. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again and very happy to recommend.

At 74 years of age i have bought a few cars in that time some good some not so good the same with the dealers, plus the odd "Arfur Daily" the odd one or two have gone that bit extra , Westwood Cars fall into the latter. I have just purchased a 2016 E Class Mercedes Cabriolet that i had seen on their website after a few texts and phone calls a deal was struck the guy that i was dealing with Steve offered me the choice of either the could deliver the car to me or i could come and collect it in person. I live in North Yorkshire and never quite knowing if the car was as good as you are led to believe i decided to go and collect, if anything maybe Steve under sold the car when he had described it as in excellent condition it looked brand new. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and literally in a few moments it was all sorted and i was behind the wheel of my new motor. if anyone was to ask me if i would go back to purchase another car i would highly recommend them the only difference would be that i would make is that i would have the car delivered , when Steve says that a vehicle "Is in Excellent condition" take it from me IT IS thanks Steve

The good lady has just started a new business as a dog walker. We needed a van sharpish, so Westwood and their ace salesman Gareth Winnard came to the rescue. First class service from start to finish, and they even paid for the van to be professionally ply lined for us too. Top marks all round to the team.

Brought an 04 x3 of these guys, and it had and issue with suspension arms which I took back and was given a courtesy car and problem was sorted. Then there was a continuous oil leak on the car on the rear main engine oil seal which they took back and supposedly it was sorted. Well it was not and still had a leak, there so called mechanics done the wrong seal, so in the meantime the passenger side driveshafts broke, so I then had to be towed back up by aa to to get it fixed again, which all problems were sorted, although they had to buy a new locking wheel nut as there mechanics had lost ours, which they said they did not, but they sorted it. So car was up there nearly 3 weeks out of the 3 months of having it. Then there is a noise from under the car after having it back for a couple of weeks so took it to autowise and found out that none of the heat shields were put back properly and some bolts were snapped of which were all fine before they went back,as they were taken off to do the work they needed to do, so I paid £70 to get that sorted, which is no biggie. Moral of the story there very nice bunch and will do anything to help you out and get problems sorted, but for there mechanics I dont have much faith in them at all, so bare that in mind when getting a old second hand vehicle of them, but still £5000 worth of car, so you would of thought these things would be picked up before selling.

No problems with the car since I bought it. It looked absolutely pristine at the showroom. The service given by the salesman was professional & all queries were answered without hesitation. Westwood Car & Commercial would have received 5 stars, but they weren't entirely honest about the full service history of the vehicle. Several years/stamps were missing. I thought maybe a reduction in the price to highlight this may have been offered but this wasn't the case. But overall, I'm very pleased with the car. Thanks!

Great dealer. Very friendly customer service and all details of the car we purchased this month were as per the Auto Trader advert. We purchased an Audi A3 Sport.

A pleasure to have a non sales pushy experience for a change.

Will definitely check out their car stock again in the future, when we are ready to upgrade again.
