Shocking experience!!
I gave 1 star because you don't have a phone number, you take ages to answer emails and you seemed to ghost me when trying to contact you. I apparently paid for a trackable delivery but I got no tracking ref until i emailed numerous times. Because of this I contacted a local supplier and bought the part for a fraction of the cost!! Now I'm getting 2 lots.
I have now been told that I am getting a credit for this order, so thanks for that Nick.
Delivery will hopefully be soon.
