Disappointing!

Disappointing!
Ordered a drive coupling bush but it turned out to be nothing like the original. Original was made from a flexible heavy duty rubber type material. Replacement was what appears to be a rigid, solid block of plastic or nylon.
I was a bit concerned about this so used the contact form on the website to enquire about the difference in material used. Have not received a reply.
UPDATE
I received a response to my question today 31st March. The item supplied is apparently a genuine part and I was offered a refund if not satisfied. As it’s a genuine part I’ll give it a try. Interestingly all three of my Westwood tractors appear to have the same flexible coupling.

I wish all Companies were as helpful and efficient as Garden Tractor Spares.
The staff are very knowledgeable and cannot do enough for you, particularly Nick Taylor and Jodie, who assist me in keeping my 29 year old Countax Tractor working well.
