Best selection and best prices around! I had a hard time finding everything in one place but Wetlands had everything i wanted for my pond. Arrived within 2 days sent free delivery with DPD (who are the best couriers in my opinion) would highly recommend, absolutely brilliant service, packaged well, healthy plants. Thankyou!!

My order of pond plants arrived extremely quickly. The plants were wrapped in damp paper then in polythene bags ensuring they arrived lovely and damp, and ready to plant in my little pond. Plants look healthy and a good size, and I am delighted with my purchase. Many thanks.

I recently bought pond plants from Wetland Plants, they arrived in excellent condition, each plant really healthy, good roots, individually wrapped and labelled with planting and care instructions, made things so much easier for me.

I rang to check on an order I had made. I got through straight away, and my query was answered quickly and courteously. Having experienced so many delays in contacting companies during the pandemic, dealing with Wetland Plants was a real pleasure. Thank you for restoring a sense of normality.

Awesome! My water soldier and hornwort arrived within a week and are good-sized plants. Wrapped nicely in paper in bags in a box, with the puzzle page of the Shropshire Star as a bonus! Thanks!

complete order arrived within a week. neatly packed and well marked. As a new pond owner with a box of plants in February and panicking,I made a call to Wetlands where Anthony gave lots of advice as to how to care for these babies. A useful note is that All plants are grown outside so do not need particular pampering. Reading previous reviews, I wonder how some of the "sticks" received by customers (presume winter) actually turned out? I would say that Anthony would be very helpful if he had known about a problem.

I only had to wait 9 days for my order despite covid making their job difficult. Plants carefully packed so arrived in excellent condition. Very reasonable prices compared to other firms I've tried previously. I would recommend.

I've ordered 2 frogbid plants, had to wait nearly 3 weeks and finally after my email asking what's going on the plants has been sent to me. What I've got was a several damaged, dying plants that were beyond recovery. I would never again buy from this place and will make sure that none of my friends either.

£16 for pitifully poor plants, almost dead, took over a week to get here wrapped in wet paper. Bare rooted, no root at all, lead weighted. Never again

Prompt delivery of young, healthy, and well packaged plants. Just what we needed for stocking our new wildlife pond. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 12 native pond plants. Arrived in expected time-frame, as clearly stated on their website (with regular updates for Covid-19). In excellent health condition. Extremely well packed. These bare-root plants were exactly as I was expecting and as described. A great amount to start establishing a new wildlife pond. I'm sure they will flourish!

I concur with the comments of another post:

'I ordered a selection of Native plants which arrived 'bareroot' i.e. a couple of stalks in a plastic band. I was very disappointed. I have emailed the company and will report back.'

I ordered 10 plants arrived as above, emailed wetlands, no response. not impressed with products, website information or lack of response.

Update 16th July: I ordered some more Water Forget Me Nots from Penlan Perrenials and was delighted with my order. I never received a response nor acknowledgement from Wetland Plants.

There was a mistake I made in the order and then called immediately to rectify. Unfortunately the change over the phone wasn't taken into account upon dispatch and I still received the order with the original wrong quantitites. One call to wetland and I was promptly sent a plant to correct for the mistake. Great service.

The plants took FOREVER to arrive but once they arrived, I was amazingly impressed. Good things are worth waiting for.

Packaged amazingly well and beautifully healthy plants. All British Native wild plants as they were for a wildlife pond... Even had some freebies included (couple of leeches) so they went straight in the wildlife pond to be somethings dinner 😀
