Absolute quality service from Mark , got a phone call to tell me what time he would be at my property and turned up early , sorted out my blockage in no time explaing what was causing it and how to avoid it in future, so helpfull and friendly as well , would recommend Mark and the company he works for to anyone

Called them at 2:40pm, they arrived at 3:45pm, and cleared the block drain within 30 mins. They even cleaned up the mess that was caused by the blocked drain under the sink for me. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, an absolutely fantastic first class service for a fixed price of £120.

Excellent service, booked online for a convenient time and day for me. I was contacted as promised on the time of arrival on the day. Polite, courteous and helpful service, can't speak more highly of the service I received.
Would definitely reccommend and use again if I needed to.

Had an external drain blockage overnight and woke to spillage on our driveway. Booked online for a 9-10am appointment at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. Got a call 10-15 minutes later from a chap called Mark, who asked if I could reschedule to 11.15am which was fine. He arrived at 11.10 and I explained the issue and he set to work. He had the blockage cleared within the first 20-25 minutes and then spent the next hour and a half de-scaling the pipework. This, in my opinion was above and beyond what I would have expected and he left the site clean and tidy. All in all, I couldn’t be more pleased and the price paid was fixed so I had all this done for the price I was quoted on their website. I would definitely recommend Mark and this company.

Having had such a stressful week with blocked drains & various plumbers all saying they could help & then failing, it was so refreshing to meet Mark.
He listened to the issues & was able to pinpoint the cause of the problem. He had all the up to date equipment, charged a fair price and said that he would come back should the issues reoccur.

Mark turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and set about power flushing from the only accessable part of the drain.
The blockage was soon cleared and tested from all toilets and sinks. He then cleaned up the mess from the overflow. All done within an hour.

After numerous companies letting us down we booked we unblock drains online extremely easy to do and booked an appointment next day. Mark phoned 15 minutes prior to arriving bang on time and was an absolute pleasure to have in our house he quickly located our problem with a blocked toilet and fixed it, very friendly and approachable and respectful of the house, would not hesitate to use the company again thanks again Mark!!

Made a telephone call, explained the issue and within two hours John the engineer arrived. Price was clearly explained beforehand with no hidden extra charges which was reassuring.
